did so much yesterday I’m actually in good shape there’s no way I can get transplanting or stay out in the sun for very long with the plants. Only thing I’m worried about are those winds

Unless you already did, use tie-down ratchet straps just to hold the bags/pots to the pallets. That way if the wind tries to topple a plant, it will have to take the pallet with it. And they will already be secure if you get a forklift, to move them around
When the roots fill out on those grow bags that’s a pretty good idea
