Well im planning to get the dubb soon. But will mostly be working to breed with it. So I’ll definitely give a pack of Nem a shot alongside when that comes time.All have been released over the years. Google will point the way
There's no doubt Sdubb is AWESOME !!

NEM is the name I gave my keeper found in the DBMH line. This line was released 15 years ago. These are no more. Anything that has NEM in it is killer, after all the purpose is to improve what we start with.Well im planning to get the dubb soon. But will mostly be working to breed with it. Im not sure which that is but absolutely beautiful. Id say its the dubb. But if thats the Nem you really did nail it.
@Hammerhead
Read on somewhere on ic mag , that you are looking to create sour dubb ibl seed line?
If you have any more details I'm sure more people than just myself would be interested to hear.
Thanks
Appreciate the info.
That sounds interesting!.... When time comes I'll enjoy seeing that journey and results, if you document it here?
All the best for your dubb hunt!
Sorry man, Im curious? If you don't mind me asking, which way would you go with the s2 to get to an inbred line?
Thanks in advance.
I just popped a bunch of Sdubb x Querkle seeds that someone sent back to me as I didn't have any left.. out of the pack I got 7 seeds to germ. I got 4 females and 3 males. The females are in flower now. The males will be flwoered later for an F2 batch.@Hammerhead didn't have any luck with my first seed germination attempt on your sour dubb S1 and sour dubb x querkle seeds I was gifted last year by another breeder. They are a few years old now and was to be expected. Kept the remaining seeds in the fridge since then and as planned, as soon as I got back from my hunting trip the other day I tried again. Light scuff and then I laid them on a bed of moistened gaia green worm castings and covered them up with a moist paper towel..... Success!! 2 of the remaining Sour dubb S1 are up and 3 of 4 sour dubb x querkle are up. Worm castings for the win!!!
eager to see how these grow out.
A friend says he can get me the sour dubb clone too so down the sour dubb rabbit hole I go
I've never smoked the Querkle so should be a fun grow. On the germination note, that wasn't meant as a slight towards you and hope you didn't take it as such. The seeds are "old" by most grower's germination standards and I have no knowledge of how they were stored before I got them. I'm glad the worm casting germination method worked as I am quite excited about diving into these. I don't know how many other breeders reversed the Sour Dubb but I have wanted to grow the cut for some time now. To get a chance to grow out some of your S1 beans is an opportunity I am grateful for. The cross with Querkle is just icing on the cake
I know pretty much nothing about breeding. But (once again read somewhere) that S4 onwards creates a much higher % of sterile females.IBL seeds should produce similar plants with limited variation. Selfing plants is the best place to start any IBL IMO. An IBL project can take much longer going the F1,F2 route.
