Hi Slips, nice setup man. I'm glad i found this before you start flowering cos I wouldn't want to miss that. One thing bothers me though, . You have very different strains growing in one system, on one res so how are you going to feed each correctly when they are at different stages of flower? how will that work? I've always been told its impossible but I'm here to learn...
...About lightmovers - I have 9" oscilating fans aimed at my hot spots - the resulting turbulance sets my shades swaying back and forth nicely increasing and evening the lumen spread for free
Good ?'s, Yes i'm bending them down so they get bushier.
All the plants in my system are heavy feeders so im guna go with full str pbp with some flaver aditives to week 4 add pk's from week 5 on and then disconnect the early plants buckets as they finish up and connect them to anouther rez with pure water for 2 weeks as a flush. most of the plants in the system go 9-12 weeks.

So i'm thinking of just ditching the ac's and venting air in from the outside so i can get more airflow etc. The chiller will keep the water cool, and where i live it's rare that it get over 95 in the hotest part of the day for the summer. This way i can get more airflow through the room at night when the lights are on it will be like 65 degres.
I think it will all be timing.
As long as your lights come on around midnight, you should be fine.
I wish I could that.
I live in the desert where it's over 100 everyday in the summer.
We've had some 114 degree days too.
Growing outdoors is pretty much f'ed...except kush.
Kush thrives in this hot dry weather.
So i also added 6oz of h202 at 3% for 50 gallens is that to much to try to get my roots nice and white, also is it ok to use with pbp?
so
180ml / 50 gal = 4ml per gallen
Q: Can I use hydrogen peroxide with Pure Blend Pro or Liquid Karma?
A: No, hydrogen peroxide will kill off the beneficial microorganisms present in Pure Blend Pro and Liquid Karma.
Good well hopefully i killed all the good ones and the bad ones for a few days(and it wont hurt my plants), hydroenzyme says h202 is all good with it.
IIRC, SIPCO's Hygrozyme is to be used with "low levels" of H2O2 only, or something along those lines. And IIRC, Grotek's Hydrozyme is a copy of SIPCO's Hygrozyme.
I would flush out the PBP and use plain water only, if doing the H2O2 soak. I'm not sure how bad your roots are looking right now, but I haven't had very good results completely getting rid of even a "medium scale" root rot even with a chiller. Even with 35% "food grade" H2O2 and RO water and the works. (Of course it happened when I didn't have a chiller; I just added one after the problems.)
I'm sure things will work out better for you than it did for me, though.
Hmm... can't say for sure, but I don't see root rot... are you sure it isn't from Liquid Karma staining the roots? Or maybe algae from the white buckets?
Havn't put in liquid karma in for 2 weeks, it looks like brown gunk that is soft and squssy stuck on to the roots, plants that have it the most are in black buckets.
Hiya slips
Welcome back to the left coast - hope your trip was a lot of fun.
LK - I'm using up a little here and there until I finish up my bottle, I've been using mostly Diamond Nectar - doesn't upset the plants like the LK can.
The roots in the pictures look good. If you still have a little bit you want to clear - you could pull one of them, put it in a big bucket of plain water, and then gently rub the mushy brown areas with your hands to separate it from the healthy roots - dip the roots a few times in the water to rinse out the loose stuff and stuff 'em back in the bucket. Don't know if it will make a big difference, for my bonsai with root rot I bareroot the plant and clean and rinse the roots by hand. With the beautiful side branching showing on those roots, I think they'll do fine either way.
I am envious of your room - so much space!!! Your plants are looking very healthy - I'll be curious to see what happens to the chemxkali!
