just had a huuuuuuge fecken scare last night kids.
i almost trashed my ENTIRE grow.
wihout saying too much, someone else, no clue who they are, somehow managed to eff up and cause a propane leak in my area. Firemen were all around my door,, thought i was gonn get stuff found and reported, a sherriff came after they told me to go outside (sry about the lack of punctuation) but i was just scared shitless. It makes me think that maybe i need to downgrade, not upgrade......
i have so much new stuff i want to work with though that i don't think i can afford to downgrade.
anyway, lots of the straw d's are showing balls...
i have 5-6 skud clones that are trying to survive my horrible nute mix and now have small roots.
i think my (crosses fingers) blockhead mom will start showin new growth within a week or so. Its shot down the root system but still has lil hairs all over and is spittin a few trichs.
still lookin for help IDing my leaves, but i've realizse that this might be futile

sbp helped me out once again and informed me that i in fact have 2 sour bubbles and 2 shoreline as well as the skud moms i knew i had already.
15 skud cuts taken
3 shoreline cuts taken
2 or 3 sour bubble cuts taken
all these, once rooted, will probably be done in either 2 gallon bags with a light organic mix but still might go in a bubbler or another E&F table
at least 3 of the 6 plants in my bubbler in the flower room are definitely male. 2 more are probably male, and 1 is showin female.
just kinda stupid IMHO.
hopefully my colombian and HiDoll seedplants end up showin mostly female.
I'm unfortunately going to have to cut everything new goin in at 60 or less days most likely. its a bum deal but its for security reasons.
i'm definitely considering investing in a digital timer with more on/off times so i can do the 6:40 on 12 off cycle and actually finish everything closer to on time........only with smaller yields. I'm pretty sure if i don't do that, the colombian will have to be cut at least 3 to 4 weeks early, any strawberry deisel and menage a trois girls i get will have to be cut by 70 days, which should be alright hopefully, and all the clones im taking now will have to be cut at 60 days or before as i mentioned earlier.
am i correct that the 6:40 /12 light cycle is supposed to cut my flower time by 1/3 so a 60 day strain would be a 40 (with the previously mentioned smaller yields)?

I have some bad news everybody.
i've decided its too much risk for me to grow right now. Currently growing, smoking, and distribution have taken over my life basically so im taking a break from everything for a while. Apart from getting rid of what herb i have left through donations or smoking it on weekends, im out.
I'll probably come around here once in a while just to give advice,/comment randomly, but don't expect to much.
I love all you guys and girls on here and i'll miss keeping up with all of ya. I feel bad, if I had more free cash I'd make sure clones hit as many people as possible.
I just can't take the stress of wondering if my grow is going to get discovered. WHat I was running at last night would have put me in jail 15-25 years if caught. I love to grow, but its not worth it anymore to me. I've saved a few seeds so i can start over in a year or two once im done with what im doing for now and once i have a secure house.
This goodbye is goin on for a while, but its just tough to do it. I had a lot of problems last night cuttin down my plants. It mad me kinda sad to be honest, not only all the work and money that i've put in, but the love i've put into them and the fact that i'm killing something alive.
I might still do a small scale outdoor with not much indoor prep this spring, but nothing big inside or out for a while right now.
I wish all of you the best of luck. Thank you for following along with my thread.
finally, i'd like to apologize to and thank those who helped me out with cuts/seeds (you know who you are). You all helped me a lot on here.
At least now if i decide to start back up I know exactly how to do it. I havne't decided what to do with the equipment for now.......kinda tough to sell a dresser growcab or a DIY E&F setup. I wish i could have just handed off my plants to someone who lived near me.............but then they'd know that i grew.........and i don't want that, especially if i start up again in the future.

I've been in your shoes.....once when I literally abandoned a grow w/ roomates after an attempted robbery...and once when I got paranoid and chopped my shit at 35 days.
I hope u stik around, and I'm sure youll get back to growing...maybe get it down to really low key.

ill get back by this spring. I've just been gettin bad vibes all over and feel i've pushed my limits for now. If i've learned one thing in life, its to follow my intuitions, as dumb as that prolly sounds.
I'll have the dresser up and running by February most likely and then i'll figure out if i still want to do a lil outdoor project
I can already tell i won't be able to stay away from here.
One more thing..........it sucks having your fingerprints on file
makes cleanup/trashing the grow extra annoying because gloves are necessary and all plant material must be separated from any smooth or close to smooth surface such as net pots.
I think in my next grow i'm going to keep a lil mini saw and a set of trashbags right next to my grow to speed up any emergency takedown. I think thats going to be a priority the next time i go for anything over the 150w cab......takedown speed. I'll also prolly include tomatoes or strawberries with my next grow just so if i do have to clean up, i can keep lights up if needed but just stash the plants offsite.

so i guess i'll be around frequently still. I still have to lay low, as after i tore down i was reminded of a lil threat on my freedom 
from a previous friend (no, he didn't know that i grew, but wasn't too happy about me 'corrupting' someone he was apparently friends with too.........and unfortunately he still stays a lil too connected to some cop friends, which gave the threat some substance)
i definitely regret trashing everything, i probably would have found away to save more cuts if i could go back, but i can always get new genetics, and for the most part they're cheaper than any lawyer i've ever met besides a public 'defender'.
its so weird not takin care of my plants anymore though.......it was definitely a nice relaxing part of my life (working with them, not worrying about how long it was til i got busted for them).
I think i'm waiting until i get into a new place or i can just do a lil 2-4 week startup for outdoor then take down for a while again.

sorry to hear about this Irish, even though it sucks, it would be alot worse if you were end jail and spending thousands on a lawyer thinking to yourself I should have just been safe. you made the right decision. you have your whole life to grow again.

where can i get the skud cuts i moved from houston texas a year ago and had gotten the skud for two years pretty much everyday that shit floods that area i would love to have sum up in cali pm me if u can access more cuts thnx!

good news folks! what im pretty sure are skud cuts (mixed up in the rescue after the panic) are back in business! One is well on her way to producing some nice cuts of her own for an upcoming E&F run and 3 others are still sittin in the perlite cloning station getting way too much root development time (all have developed roots and i just need to get them into a bubbler before the roots get stuck too much in the perlite).
dankster: I don't know where you can get the skud cuts in your area. It was spread around a little bit but is mostly a TX mersh cut I believe. Look on weedtracker if you have a med license though, that might get ya started.

I'll be checkin on the mom tommorow and expecting to find a few more spots that i can top/fim for next week's cuts.
Hoping my swt#? f2s are going to have shown sex by tommorow so i can pick my mothers.
It's almost time for OD '08! I need those moms solidified and kickin out soon so i'm pushin for space and trying to decide if the 1k is gonna be worth it or too much of a stress on my power usage. Might go with 2 8 bulb t5HO's (4'x2' and 354w total each) but I know that means no tall plants and only 16sq feet of coverage instead of 25-30sqft when it comes to starting my OD plants.
ANy opinions? I do like the t5 racks a lot due to the supposedly lower heat and ability to use them with shelves. The drawback is the penetration and limited coverage (though im pretty sure i can cover a 4x3 area with a 4x2 rack with the extra 6" on either side)
