if u do a tray do a scrog over them because the plants will float and move around when you flood the trays, i had a very promising 4x4 tray (1st timer) and when the plants got big about 3 weeks into flowering they all started floating around the tray and my yield was lowered becuase of the stress from moving around.... if u got a tray, get individual square pots and put hydroton in. then do a screen on top, u dont have to train like it is a scrog, u can jus do a SOG and have the screen there for supportin the plants and with the screen in place, if they do float when its flooding, then the screens will hold still and keep the plants supported.

there are definitely pics. probably about 20 of them, but only about half pertain remotely to this thread

skud moms are gettin bushy. i've snapped a small branch or two while training, but they'll survive. they still want heavier feedings. ik ik, ive checked temp and pH to see if stuff's locking out, but they're gettin the same conditions the other plants are.

3 rooted shoreline clones put into the bigger 5 gal (3-3.5 gal of water) 14x14 swc/dwc container with 9 sog spaces along with 4 stdxnycd and 2 MOD menage a trois.

sbp saved my butt after i crashed and burned the first time around with the shoreline so im makin sure it gets done this time!

after the 3 shoreline clones get decent 6 inch roots hanging down im gonna switch the 150 cab to flower and keep the 9 space sog container in there. i think the 9 plants are gonna fill out the cab pretty well, but if i don't get the 1k room started soon im gonna be putting quite a few more plants into the dresser.

i started 6 clombians (yellow tacks on left) and 6 HiDolls (pink/red tacks on right, 5/6 have made it so far, one dried up). all these from buck (THANKS BUCK!!!!! )




i put some humidity domes over the cuts for a lil bit to moisten up those leaves again after their long journey






the cab was hotter than i liked, so i stuffed this lasko desk fan in into my utility chamber, closed off one side, took some ducting and shoved it on top of my light trap that the cooltube air is sucked through. temps dropped a few degrees.



did i mention i now have 27 oz's of carbon sitting in a 12"x12" screen with at least an inch of depth through the carbon then a post-carbon dust filter after the carbon and before the fan?
well i built one, with cheap wood, some screen, some cabon, some random batting i had around (for the filter), some screws and a drill, and a hell of a lot of staples!!



this is inside the dresser before i ummm.......got antsy and adjusted



a swt#?/BH fem cut trying to root. took her 5-6 weeks into flower and so she'll be at least another week before she hopefully shoots roots. shes hiding away in her milk jug right now to cut the light she gets, cap off the top though

i left for the weekend and switched the cab to 12/12 just to keep heat and evaporation issues temporarily at bay........

growth exploded, my hydro plants all at least doubled in size and my two menage a trois plants are trying to take over!!!!
im having to tuck their leaves under my other plants to let everyone grow alright

just picked up two 7 gallon trays, two 18 gallon rubbermaid totes, and a 185gph water pump (yea, ik, just one? i had to get at LEAST two trays when i found them ). ill only be setting up one rez/tray combo. o, i got some hydroton too that i gotta wash and a havy duty digital timer for the 1 pump now and 3 more to come.

pics up soon once i change my camera batteries and get a high speed connection goin for me.

having an issue with my leaves yellowing.

im using GH flora micro-grow-bloom 5-5-5 /gallon right now. o didn't get to see the transition either because i was away for the entire weekend and just got back today.

its just a complete yellowing........

and i just checked my pH, which jumped to 7.25 over the weekend.......... nute LOCKOUT!!!

should i add an airline/pump to oxygenate and stir my rez constantly (in E&f) or is it fine without one.

also, i have one nozzle attachment for the pump outlet that has an input on the side for an airline. how much would it help if i had the pump on the same timer (and same times) of the water pump so it would oxygenate the water more?

anyone with experience?

i knocked the pH down to 6.4ish. i have a feelng its gonna start crawling up again aso im gonna need to buy a bigger bottle of pH down

16 skud clones about 3 days into attempting to root in a bed of perlite. they're yellowing way too quick.........i think because i forgot to run light on the N for the moms before the cut.

the 4 strawberry diesels and 2 menage a trois are in an 18 gal dwc bubbler right now that i just moved them to and under half of a 250 hps.

there are also 6 colombian f1's, 5 hidoll's (kodiak gold cross by annaC) and 1 more strawberry diesel in my EF setup under the other half of the 250.

still saving up for either a 600w or 1000w hps

my 150 cab feels empty now with mostly cuts from my good buddy ^ vegging out to be moms

yea, im pretty sure someone stole it. not enough disturbance (or enough plants really?) for a chopper line drop. Just an angled cut to take off my stems and they had a bit of slicing to do to untangle my buds from the chicken wire. THe angled cut was like a machete slach through my 1-1/2"-2" thick stems by the way..........no no, a deer didn't reach its head through the chicken wire and neatly eat away my shite

anyway, i woulda taken pics but i was busy spotting for cameras on trees and getting the eff out of there.

fairly dissapointing end to a busy summer with 2 massive poison ivy breakouts.......theres always next year though and now i know not to use that spot for 100 early seasons in bags like i was planning and preparing to move soil in for.
........trying reeeaaaallly hard to see the upside to losing 1/2 to 1 lb..........

somehow im effin them up currently i think. its my first time using cloning powder and first time trying light (2 ml/gal gh flora micro and grow) nutes as recommended by someone else on here.

after they root, the 12 best skud clones will be put in 6" square pots in an EF tray that holds 12 packed tight.
they'll be grown sog style, 0-1 week veg.

after my other clones from my good buddy get a lil bigger, im gonna post some pics up and see if we can all figure out which strain is which as i pulled them out of labeled bags without noticing the labels or which came from where other than i lost one SB Bx1 clone as the leaves rotted off en route

lots of plants for now, but my space is opening up. Im workin an extra manual labor job or 2 over the next couple days to hopefully get enough cash for a DIY 1k hps ballast kit and bulb. Ill just need to get some extention cord to remote it, a ballast box, and a cheap cooltube reflector after that.

if i make enough though i might get a nice-ish complete system.
the new space is around 4x5x8H but ill probably only really be growing a 4x4 section or so cause i need a lil room to move around.

planned setup is 3- 20x28 (18x24 flat inside space, 6x6inch square pots fit snugly) concrete trays from homedepot with 18 gallon rez's filled 2/3. there will be 1x6 plant dwc 18 gallon container. Its currently holding my strawberry diesels. I might drop it over time depending on how i like E&F (its my first run with it).

im probably gonna end up running either dwc buckets or 'organic' soil mixes (MG organic mix, promix, perlite, blood and bone meal) in either 3 or 5 gallon bags along the sides to grow taller and cath the light off the sides. These bags will probably have my headstash strains and basically stuff that is niice to smoke but yields too low to justify taking up space in the tables.

the pics will come. The thing is, im waiting until i can get the skud cuts into a tray and flowering before i post pics again, just because this thread was a bit of a promise to do a report and i can't dissapoint!

there should hopefully be copious amounts of bud and accompanying smoke reports (following the stoned stupor) right around the new year going through january.

Probably will only be one main run here as i'm trying to move to a cheaper area after this year

im an idiot...........
i used the WRONG light nute formula for my clones........
it was supposed to be a little bit of flowering nutes with no N, not an N heavy solution like i used.
Translation.........i took a bunch of nice cuts and have basically managed to kill them all. Its back to the tap water bubbler or tap water peat pellets for me for cloning. nothing fancy anymore.

I finally have some pics, not much change since the clones were supposed to be the big news....

I really need some help from SBP in particular in identifying which leaf is which. I know which one my skud mom is, but the other's im just not sure. these are all vegging under my 150w hps right now.

any help from anyone is appreciated.

im currently smokin myself dry......kinda on purpose....just because i've been smokin too much lately and its takin over my life a lot mroe than id like............y'all know how that goes.
i'm thinkin a nice break, or at least smokin crappy weed on an infrequent basis, until the end of december might not be a bad thing. Then im gonna walk in with the headiest stuff anybody around me has ever touched and go with the standby response for when people ask where i get it of 'ya just gotta know the right people....you'd be surprised the stuff [city] has'

i tried to make the comparison as easy as possible, but i know with the leaves at different sizes and ages, as well as some being out of focus, its not exactly easy to tell. would the sourbubble have fat leaves?

stillhave the dresser. my homemade 2lb 100 sq inch scrubber barely does the job of keeping the smell in with the skud moms...........i feel like it would be ridiculous in flower. i'm using it for a mom and clone area currently. I might eventually go back to the original plan and do small peronal stash grows in there.

the 250 space is so nice right now though. no heat issues whatsoever with the stanley, though i need at least a 400 right now for adequate light coverage.

I really want to get one of the packs of blockhead up on SBay right now but i need the money for my 1k setup

i was waiting for steels stuff to come out anyway so thats ok. plus i don't actually have enough cash at the moment for both seeds anda 1k..........im somehow gonna try to make it work ot get both more seeds and more light

as far as wanting a blockhead or blockhead cross............i had a little this summer from my outdoor that i didn't clone and it was AMAZING. it just threw me off more than anything i've smoked before.

I have plenty of sativa strains, nice up highs...........but i want something thats gonna trip me out and throw me for a loop.

now im just stalkin the bay..............

on another note, i managed to smoke myself dry so hopefully a few days of total sobriety does me well.

the plants in the flower room will be showin flower soon.....at least the MODS and diesels.

i royally effed up my clones, as described earlier, so im probably gonna take a few strong skud cuts and stick them in my 5 or 6 peat pellets i have left or just take a bunch and put them in tap water dampened (no nutes) perlite.

i'm kinda annoyed that i messed up something so simple

so any help on those leaves? I realized it was a problem that some leaves had 5 fingers and some had 7 fingers, as it makes the whole width part of differentiation harder to apply.
I feel like 3 and 4 might be either the shoreline or the sour bubble. asnybody have any clues yet? i know they're obscure strains for the most part, but at least sour bubble.......someone else must've grown that
