academia has become profit based as opposed to a knowledge building base.
they have been trapped by consensus based planning and procedure too
not many of the older generations went to university , and forgetting their own success without it , they seem to think it is a sure sign of success in this world.
universities are not impartial either, they are heavily biased to aid the monetary system , and aid our so called 'owners'.
marxism is like a disease designed by the establishment to extract even more wealth and assets , they train these armies of people globally now to spout the same rhetoric . very tiring listening to them , and worrying when you realise their soul is broken , or taken .

Listened to a podcast about general plant breeding yesterday, one with and about professor Daljit Virk, he was kicking butts left and right in the 1970s during the so called green revolution in india. He was doing so called client based breeding for super poor and low on resource farmers in for example ethiopia and namibia.
He explained how he was doing it with rice. While the traditional academic breeders were doing tons of crosses and spending large amount of time on evaluating them he just made very few crosses and explored a shitload of f2s.
Mostly choosing varieties that already were adapted to the regions and crossing them with something that was 'state of the art' modern shiznit. Then he let them go to f5 since rice is self pollinating and boom.
