i need to set up a gym at the farm , and be committed . 2nd week with zero boxing . starting to get to me . the older we get the more stiff we become and muscle memory diminishes . maybe i try and enter an over 40s amateur competition of some kind and commit

i have been doing 15 x 3minute rounds for years , with an ex champion pressure fighter. now i don't have that , i need to go solo or start beating up the land owner at the farm once a week

kettle bell does not pump my adrenaline

the pull up and chin up regime i can start again at home . i'm slacking.i have been focusing on work too much

i have been viewing my work as cardio though as i'm doing a two man job constantly
