You could aways google the State Legislature of the State you live in, go to consolidated laws and go to the Penal law section and find the section dealing with marijuana and possession. That will tell you if it is a felony or misdemeanor.

As for Lawyer/ client confidentiality, I was told that only applies to a Lawyer you have hired to represent you or one that has agreed to hear your information in determining if he will represent you.....

No, I didn't erase anything you twit.And if you think you have the right to insult me for no reason then I have the right to explain myself, whether you like it or not. Admin split and binned part of that thread. There's even a thread in the Feedback forum where I asked what happened to my post and they explained. You know what assuming makes ya, eh? Sure I called ya turbo poster but at the time I didn't know it was you. You had just started this nic and no one had told me it was you.

Yes, 2 years. I never said I grew on OG, merely that I was learning. I don't have the space to grow indoors and we have a limited time frame up here in which to go outdoors and it took me awhile to find a good, safe spot.

Now, any other assinine comments or assumptions you want to make? Don't blame me for this, blame yourself. YOU made me a part of this thread. Please do not contact me anymore, no pm's. Ya know OP, that may be true but it is not because I am controversial. Maybe because when you are asked to "step into" a thread, there has been some trouble. Please take the time to research my posts here at IC Mag. I generally am very positive and encouraging to other members, but when I am confronted, I do respond in kind.
You want to see controversial? read any thread with Kush in the title, read political threads, religious ones, I avoid all of those. This was not controversy. It was a difference of opinion on advice until someone had a temper tantrum.

Kokua and I have a history, he has posted many times and pmd me many times making it quite clear he does not like me or anything about me. I rub him the wrong way, I have too many posts and too much rep, I don't have enough posts in the growers forums.

If you look back through my posts, I never post anywhere near him, never respond to posts, I leave him completely alone. But he keeps coming after me just to antagonize me, then I do respond. Quoting me and disagreeing was fine, but he goes into another of his hissy fits and I called him a horses ass. He did this about a month ago, bad rep, nasty notes, mean as hell pms and a hissy fit over me on the board. I didn't do anything to antagnoize him in any way either time.

Then big surprise when I get home from work, guess who I have a pm from> kokua.
He will not leave me alone and I get the blame for it. Wow, man...uncool.

BTW, For everyone who apparently assumed that I meant calling an attorney and giving him your name, number home addy and social security number., then tell him you are growing pot..that was not at all what I meant. You can call an attorney on the phone and get legal advice without telling them who you are.

It is a silly move to be growing herb and not being educated on the laws of your state. Knowledge is important to your well being.

I dont know if many of you feel this way,I'm sure folks in legal states dont give it a second thought.I've taken just about every precaution imaginable,have a near perfect setup and have been growing constantly for 6 years now.Everything seems cool,I couldnt have been smarter about it I dont think.Then why the hell do I always carry this feeling that someday I'm going to have to pay for all this,it really takes the fun away sometimes.Its just a permaturd stuck in my gut,I hate it but cant seem to do a thing about it.I've fancied when they do come I want to be like Newman on Seinfeld when he kidnapped the dog,have a cigarette hanging from the corner of my mouth and say,"what took you so long"?In reality I'll probably sob and cry like a schoolgirl.I try working hard around here teaching people to grow their own in the hope someday they can do it free from any guilt or fear,maybe it'll be in my lifetime who knows.I'd more than gladly give the gov't 50% of what I gross just to shake this guilty fearful feeling,its too lucrative anyway and that probably adds to me questioning myself at times.Why are both the gov't and me unhappy with the situation when it could be changed to suit us both?Camping with the convicts is something I want to avoid again at all costs.State of Va took 17 months of my 19 year old life over cannabis once and man I'm trying to avoid that scene again.I'm too old now,advantage is I aint as pretty as I used to be lol.Man I shouldnt even think this way
