Mostly bad luck unexpected things happen with 9 yrs- 1st time had a drunk run thru my yard and run into my grow shed. $15,000 later and I beat that one last time -when you grow superb dope and sell to many mouths run -to get away with it DON'T TELL AND DON'T SELL stick with that and odds or good and maybe a brick wall around my grow area LOL Cost me $7500(lawyer) 2yrs probation and $5,000 But it's one of them grow addiction things

Upon reconsideration:10 cents a KWH,low property taxes,no income tax,no food tax,no personal property tax,trash pickup included in low property tax,Beautiful weather/beaches.Old people and crackers at every turn..what's to complain about lol?
