S2 seed question

I had SamS’ post saved but i don’t have the link to it

Sam Skunkman on seed maturation time...

I suggest 10 weeks, screw the bud, I want 100% done seeds that rattle. Also do not keep using pollen to get more seeds so some are dark and others still white or green, I pollinate very early, get less seeds, and better seeds that are all dark, they also can be stored longer if that matters. I know you can make seeds faster, and if you use them soon I bet no difference, but I can get 96% germination 25 years later in cold storage if that matters.

The new s2 seedling I've been growing just smells amazing. So much like mom, I'd say about 80% strength in comparison. Mom does smell a tad stronger but she's also much older and developed.
It kinda reminds me of a runtz plant in smell with leaf rubs. Very sweet and toxic.
.Growing very vigorous this round.
My tents are filling up. Most plants ive had going at once. Limiting out.

S1 next to its s2 offspring. Fam damily!
Been feeding less than normal as the flower tent can't be rushed....

My second S2 seed looking great . Showing more and more purple as the days go. Main stem and fans have it just like mommy does.

2nd picture shows the s1 clone. Excuse her she's messy as I'm obviously favoring the fabric pot plant atm. You can see he wild colorings.
3rd picture showing the s2 . She's growing hard purples just above and below the nodes. Also she's pushing some purples off the fans down the stem as well. I'm hoping it becomes more prevalent as the days go. My nutes are all in one, so I don't starve my plants to turn them colors. I also don't have the ability for cold temps below 65... without ice packs of course

This guy's "purple thia" thread on here.. his plant looks identical to the s2 I was flowering that was cut down. The no smell plant.

Obviously mine was getting it's shit beat.... 😂. My fault no doubt.
My light and phone togetger can certainly make my plants look yellow af . Ick

photos and certain kind of lighting sometimes exposes color hues that aren't easily seen with naked eye. Seeds can still have pale color and signs of too early harvest even if the greenish hues aren't so apparent.

Next time you make seeds, give them 8 weeks on the plant and i'm sure you will see at least some difference in their maturity/color. Ofcource some seeds are naturally quite light in color but that case it's also easier to see the green tint of unripe seeds on them.
Have you ever grown coastal genetics?
