heres the latest on my attempt to flower a 16week+ sat on a 1 foot square screen in my cab that is 3.5' high 250hps . vegged it for 60 days

at 5 weeks now - its a bit tall over the screen but thats what i expected. the tallest buds are at the outside edge of the cab so further from the bulb.

Beautiful sat from Ghana there elmanito :canabis:

it's reminiscent of a haze I had from Ghana a few years ago, it came to me in seed form (10 pack) called Ghanian Haze. I kept 5 seeds & swapped the other 5 but I think I musta gave all the females away as I got 1 female out of my 5 seeds lol

Btw, can't verify it but a/the? Spanish Seed Co may be worth trying?.......think that's the name of the seed company?

the dominant aroma of the RSC Golden Lao in their natural environment is pungent sandlewood

the RSC Lao line is not from around Luang Prabang which is where the GN Lao comes from

Here's a pic of a fem luang prabang lao sativa that i've just put into flower.

And here's a few of my santa marta colombian goldbud which has actually got purple/lavender calyxes which has been flowered for 4 months so far and i'm just waiting for the trichomes to mature, most are cloudy with a few light amber but i'm waiting till all the resin is amber before chopping her.

This is why the RUST thread is my favourite!!

Dont remember if i posted these here already, but here the are either way...its this thread and some NL5 x haze around xmas time that inspired me to ditch the indica's and only grow what i want to smoke, stop looking for a sativa that grows like an indica i told myself...after years of dissapointment with stony 'sativas' it dawned one me t hat sativa's are sativa's and grow like that because thats what they do..its working preety well and ive suprised myself a little bit..still, from seed is hard with the tall ones..:)

yeh they are from the Thai/Burma border area of the highlands of Northern Thailand

Thanks Ngakpa, gives me an idea what I'll be working with. Next season I'm going to be growing some of these and do some preservation, hoping to bulk the stock or do crosses at least. Very unique strains, some with natural purpling.
