That looks decent as. Have you put up a smoke report of it anywhere?

The buds are pretty thin and fluffy compared to new varieties whereas the tolerance to insects and fungi is high. The yield is almost always medium to low and the buds are always covered in trichomes that make the red lady a platinum treasure. It becomes completely gold when cured properly.

The most outstanding phenotypes, the plants that I call reds (cause of the red body/stalk and red stripes on the calyxes), are one of natures great wonders in terms of taste and aromas.
For me, my girlfriend and some good friends , it’s the strongest, purest and definitely rarest smell and smoke that we’ve ever tried. The main aroma is an undefined , extremely powerfull and penetrating earthy -hashy smell and taste with lemon and sweet red fruit undertones, all in harmony with eachother.
Also the best part is that the flavor lingers in your mouth and all the way down your throat , making the taste in your mouth more important than anything else.
Now in terms of the high the dominant characteristics are creativity, euphoria and energy for the first two joints, and while up to that point it seems like a clear daytime sativa, for biking and drawing, at 3-4 joints you realize that apart from that first “blast” your head gets from the first “dimension” of the high, there is a whole other “dimension” that came on so soft and steadily, joint by joint, that you didn’t realize when your body got so loose and fluffy and when you got so high. Your body becomes lighter and you get in a laid back mood for improvised fictional stories and music while sitting on a couch…but not for sleep.
I would undoubtedly rank it number one on my list, as my favorite for many reasons. But most of all for it’s high, which reminds me of the glorious pure-strong Greek weed which was around up until 2000 and that some of us, who were lucky , got to smoke and will never forget.

FEDS HAWAIIAN X MULANJE X MULANJE

FEDS HAWAIIAN X MULANJE X MULANJE

This is just a trial to see traits. There is already a pineapple smell on the stem rub. 10 hours 41 min outdoor light from seed.

Nice cross VM. Sounds awesome. What are you trying to achieve with a BX to the Mulanje? What did the flowers of the F1 Hawaiian x Mulanje come out like? Just curious. I love seeing people doing all these unique NLD mash ups these days. Respect:tiphat:

Well thank you Jack.
The initial cross of HA X Mulanje is quite spectactular. My focus in this case is on the Mulanje. I have grown out two gens of mulanje and see a bit of variation but not to much, but clearly Mulanje is a strain of incredible potency and wonderful flavor. My focus will in the future be on Mulanje, but working with early outcrosses as a tool to fix traits to find a strain win {GCA} Good combining ability early on is I feel important to be ready for inbreeding depression. So my goal in the long run is to polish up Mulanje and increase yield and stability of a semi wild strain. But of coarse I will keep Mulanje pure as long as she is running in a desired direction. I hope that answers your question.

Spectacular indeed ^^^^^^
I see a lot of the Hawaiian. You could F2 and spend years pulling
unique phenos out of that cross I bet. The stability of the Hawaiian alone made it an excellent choice to tame a landrace. Your fortunate to have her in your stable. Damn, I wish Federation were still around!!
I keep hearing nothing but good on the Mulanje. Did you have to crack a lot of beans to find your keeper? And, does it really flower to maturity in 10 to 12 like the descript @ HD says? Seems awful quick.
Love those bud pics man. Thanks for posting those up.

You know I thought that exact same thing about F2s and pulling phenos.
I started out with only 5 Mulanje seeds that popped 3 were female and 2 males All three were terrific two were done in about 9.5 weeks and the third on week ten under 10.5 hour light cycle. The shorter light cycle coupled with very high watt LEDS seems to speed up all the sativas greatly. Pic is Mulanje F1 seed offspring from first three females at 9.5 weeks. Under HID I believe they would take an extra week and a half to two weeks, because the Hawaiian does.

Damn, you do it up right brother!
Much respect. Got a few other Q's for you on another topic, if you don't mind. I'll drop you a PM though so as not to clutter up the thread. Soon talk.
