TISSUE CULTURE

TISSUE CULTURE

Well after two months first roots on tissue cultured Acapulco Gold. Its strange to see the Bonsai affect this procedure has on cannabis. The plant almost seems to be in stasis. Can't help but wonder how long they will stay in flask in this state.
Any one know?

I deflasked one Acapulco gold because the media contaminated I plugged her into an easy rooter plug. I find this miniature MJ very interesting. Looking forward to see if she roots. For the large scale grower many hundreds of plants can be produced from just small section of plant stems. it also re instils tired older clones back to there original vigor and potency on a cellular level.

nice . i wonder if some "old" breeders tested that on some cuts they owns .
older pants may have lost some vigor since the time.

I wonder how long it takes to harden off cannabis from Tc? I've done bromileads and it took a while

Not sure if the old breeders themselves are. But Pineapple punch has said that old cuts like breeder Steve's Grapefruit and others are being regened in Austria and offered for sale.

Yes the Grapefruit could be the original(not 100% sure). I wrote to Breeder Steve on Instagram and asked him if he gave out Grapefruit and Sweet Skunk cuts when he worked in Europe. He said yes for the Grapefruit and no for the sweet skunk, but he also said that it really could be that someone else brought the sweet skunk to Europe. Both Clones are listed as Spice of Life strains. Growed both of them a few years ago, fantastic smoke. The Sweet Skunk gaves me a awesome feeling. :)

I've noticed this trait in Thai, Colombian and Sri Lankan sativas. The seeds aren't held tight in the calyx but are sort of ejected at they ripen. Could it be because the climate is always safe for germination? Honestly, it's a pain in the ass if you aren't trying to lose any seeds. Some bud shots to follow.

Hey everybody. Just thought I'd show you what I've been looking through here. Mother to both crosses is a heavy Zamal dominant Zamaldelica.
