Here is the mainlining training after three days, notice the growth tips pointing back up.
Trained growth tips back sideways.
Here is the clone mainline attempt. Notice the new growth.
Here it is topped, this will promote four growth tips.
The seedlings were topped and I'll try to clone the tops to determine sex.
Then the bonsai moms all got a haircut.
Fed veg:
8 ml/gal Bio Vega
8 ml/gal Rhizotonic
Gratuitous bud porn.

Checked on the clones. They were all dried out and dead. The airstone wasn't working right, live and learn.
2015.09.02
Watered everything.
Here is the mainlining training a few days later. Notice it now has four tops.
Topped those four to give me eight. Removed everything except the top node on all four tops. Then pulled down those four for some more LST.
Here is the clone that was topped a few days ago. Notice the four growth tips. When they get a little bigger we'll tie them down. Did a little more pinching and bending on the more dominant node.
Here are the three THC Bomb plants after they were topped. Took off everything below the second node to encourage growth.
Moms and the rest waiting in veg.
Flowering is exactly 9 weeks today. They will be given water only from here on out. Trichromes are still 100% clear so I should get a 2-3 week flush.
Dutch, she's got a lot of tops, but they are airy. She has more of a lemon scented cleaner smell than a citrus or candy smell.
Here's a bud shot, I think that's called foxtailing or something like that. So far not my favorite of the three.
Two has responded well to cleaning below the screen. this one still has a lemony scent with less chemical smell than Dutch.
Better bud structure, nice scent. I think cleaning under the screen will make this the easiest to trim.
2015.09.04
Trimmed the big fan leaves and began training the top growth tip with pipe cleaners.
Here is a full canopy shot at 65 days flowering. I took a tip of bud from each plant to see trichrome progress. Here is my estimate:
Stahma on the left is 90% cloudy, 10% clear, and 0% Amber.
Two in the middle is 80% cloudy, 18% clear, and 2% amber.
Dutch on the right (AKA Foxy) is 85% cloudy, 14% clear, and 1% amber.
They all seem to be ripening nicely, and I will keep an eye on trichromes. I'm looking for a little bit of couch lock so I'm willing to wait. I've waited this long.
I was finally able to cancel my order for the used Blackstar Chrome 185w and buy one new. It should be here next week.
2015.09.05
Watered moms and fed rest of veg:
8 ml/gal Bio Vega
8 ml/gal Rhizotonic
Mainlining recovering from being topped and pruned.
The mainline clone with four tops.
Oops, I got heavy handed and broke off one of the tops.
Water only for these girls. The leaves are starting to yellow. It's more noticeable under the LED.

I think Stahma is about done. She has sprouted two "nanners". Both of them have been more green than yellow, but definitely shaped like little bananas. I plucked them with tweezers, but am worried I'll get seeds.
From what I read in "Growing Organic Soma Style" this is common at the end of the flowing cycle. I know these SLH seeds were created by light stress, as a hermaphrodite pollinated the room after the light timers got bumped. So I have been looking for hermaphrodite traits, though I don't know exactly what I'm looking for.
Should I go ahead and chop? Unfortunately the only place I have to dry is the flower chamber itself, so I have to chop everything. otherwise it would be a quite easy decision to take the one and leave the rest. I think these are coming down soon, as I have the following signs of ripeness:
Starting to throw "nanners"
Starting to get yellow color in leaves
Trichromes are mostly cloudy, but very little if any amber
They are 10 weeks from 12/12 and it's a 9-10 week strain
They have been water only for the last two weeks
Harvest, trimming, and curing still to go... Getting very close to the finish line!
This is a top down view of the canopy, this really shows how the plant was trained to grow sideways.
Stahma
Dutch
Two
Released this one from it's bonds. For the most part, it's done being trained. It should have eight tops when it grows out.
Here is the one I accidentally broke one of the four growth tips. It will still work, but will have six instead of eight colas. Maybe I'll top one more time and try 12 tops.
T#1 Took a clone (a little small, but I'm more interested in training than cloning them.) and trained the growth tips back sideways.
T#4 had some good sized clones. Topped the two growth tips and trained them sideways.
T#5 was also a small clone, and again trained sideways.
Got this in the mail today. Now with two I can lower the lights a few inches and get better coverage.
Watered everything. Here is veg after a nice misting.
Flowering exactly 10 weeks since 12/12.
Two has really put on the weight. Not as frosty as Dutch, or as fat as Stahma, but still fatter than dutch and frostier than Stahma. She has the most yellowing at this point.
Dutch is the frostiest and has the strongest oder, like fresh cantaloupe.
Been keeping an eye on Stahma and haven't seen any more "nanners" so I am still waiting. Still hardly any amber on any of them. One or two more weeks.
This was one of the original plants I started. It has always been a little stunted, but the clones seem to take off pretty good. I decided to do a rootball trim and re-pot it. I think I'll flower it with the other two clones I have of it. I have another clone that will probably replace this one as the mom if this is even any good. The genetics are unknown.
First cut off about a quarter of each side, this one was poorly transplanted, so I am just taking from one side.
Next take about a quarter off each of the other two sides. Again because of the way it was transplanted, I'm only doing one side.
Finally take about half off the bottom.
Here she is re-potted with fresh soil. I also trained and trimmed her like her daughters.
Day 74, in the home stretch.
Dutch is looking pretty good, need to check trichromes again.
Leaves are getting a nice fall look to them.
Two, I think I'm most excited for this one.
Nice yellow leaves, this one should be a breeze to trim.
Well, I've given it a lot of thought and decided to chop down.
Here is the full canopy one last time.
First up Stahma. One last shot with the screen.
Cut the screen out and remove the frame. Look what was hiding under there!
All cut and trimmed. Found a few more "nanners" on her while trimming. Think her mom is headed to the compost pile.
Finally getting chopped is Two.
She's the only one I cleaned up under the screen. I could really tell the difference in the ease of trimming alone.
Again all trimmed up.
Hung them all up to dry. RH is around 40%, going to let it stabilize then add open water containers to bring it closer to 50%-60%. Also turned down the extraction fan.
