BG - mixing up a 3 part recipe is too advanced for me right now. I think the Sensi or Flora Nova are right up my alley. All I want to do is run a single product all the way through flowering as a base with not a lot of adjustments. I can add the bloom enhancers for the fine tuning. The AN line sure has a bunch!!!

Darren, I hope I'm not mixing you up.

FloraNova and my Sensi are complete grow and a bloom formulas so you don't have to mix or add any stuff.

Check out thread about Lucas Forumla using FloraNovaBloom. He's just using the one nute for the entire flowering.

It's update time - got a new memory chip for my camera. It's now day 36 of flowering.

LOL Red  that may have been the way I talk....it's really only 2 parts I was talking about but I also understand what you mean now too.

I've been thinking of mixing up all my nutes in a ketchup type squirt container so I only need grab one bottle to add my mix.

What I was gettin at earlier was something like this

Veg Stage Flower Stage Harvest
Grow, Grow/Flower, Grow/Flower Full Strength, Flower, Flush

That make sense? ..I'm sure someone has a chart here somewhere.

lol...peace Bro...you could always use duct tape

I'm a big fan of the floranova after trying others I think it is the bomb!

I also use it in veg too finding that it has plenty of N for veg growth.

well i use the bloom only for flowering but im seeign alot of yellowing..just thougth itd get a burst of N if i added a little grow in it too.

red..you asked how far along i am. if i had to make a gues id say a week or 2 behind ya...i dont have a def number as they were started form 12/12 so they flowered on theier own. after i pout them in reveg and realized that wasnt working i forgot to mark it on the calender so its all guessing game right now. my buds arent as fat as yours but im guessing its partly cuz of my errors. they are getting crystaly so i know thre growing again and thie bigger one has bud growth all the way down the two top colas...not so much "growing towards the light" as in the buds havent grown up from the tips...like how I2k's buds were like 6 in over the screen..well mine are fattenign just under the tops..im hoping as the weeks pass ill see some growth to the tops of the buds, but this is my first harvest so plants might not even do that. hope i didnt confuse anyone.

A bit of N deficiency is normal in mid flowering. You should be increasing your bloom nutes to full strength about now. There should be enough N in the FN Bloom to keep them happy. Are you checking the pH after every watering?

havent checked the ph after every watering...but after every couple...its finally getting in the normal range..was real low for a while but i was watering it with a bit high ph to raise the ph in the soil. id flush but i had put slow release ferts in and thought everytime i flush id be ferting the plants. i thikn im using the "middle range" of the bottle recomendations..should i up it to the max? i put 2 teaspoons per gallon of water with a little ph up (it says its buffed but i think thats for hydro as its always buffed to about 6.0 or 5.8 when i check the ph. i ALWAYS check the ph of the water before i water so i dont mess it up again *thanks sproutco for bad advise lol*

I don't need to add pH up or down, my mixed nute solution is about 6.4. I'd like to see the runoff around 6.3. That's what AN is recommending for soil.

I use the pH more as an indicator of salt buildup or high ppm. If the plant takes up more water than nutes, the pH will fall.

When you see the runoff at the same pH or higher than the nute solution then the plant is taking up the nutes.

*** Edit ***

I got a couple of nice pics in some good light this afternoon.

Hey guys - here's a quick update and a few pics.

It's day 40 now. Plants are still doing great and bulking up. My scrubber is getting overloaded and I changed the carbon three weeks ago.

I've noticed whenever my plants are doing well, they stink to high heaven and these are the smelliest that I've had yet!

The plants are doing fabulous on the Sensi A/B for the last two weeks. The last feeding was with the week 5 dosage at 1200 ppm and showed a bit of tip burn so I've hit the maximum nute point.

The plants are needing watering every 2nd day or so I've been alternating feeding and watering so the plants get fed once per week.

Nice Red! Sounds and most definatly looks like you got it dialed in. Looks like you may have to reconsider a larger scrubber maybe. hey I can't remember how many CFM's you have going through that? could you slow it down a bit maybe? I found mine was getting a little dank but when I slowed the fan it got better. just a thought. .. you gotta be lovin the extra space to work in now though eh?

Peace.. BG

Oh yeah, the plants are just loving the new home and the nutes. I'm really enjoying the new growbox. The best thing is that it has doors and I can peek at my plants anytime without moving a pile of junk. The Rubbermaids are a great design but a pita nonetheless.

I gave the carbon in my scrubber a stir, that trick is good for another couple of days until I get another box of carbon. The damn thing has a whole pound in it and it's only a couple of weeks old. I've had as much stinky bud on the go and had no problems. I think it might be my light cooling fan is pulling air from the growchamber. I didn't seal it at all. When my lights go off, I'm going to kill the fan and see if that's the cause.

I was thinkin that as I looked back over your pics too red. Just use aluminum duct tape and run a bead around all yer cracks. that way when you have to get into your light you just need an exacto knife to cut along the edge and remove the glass.

Peace

I didn't want to stick tape on my nice clean glass and figured that I could get away with it.

Oh these girls are stinky!!!

I just took a peek and the stink is like getting whapped in the face with a skunk.

I hear ya red but looks like you need to seal it and remember.

If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
if it doesn't move and should, use the hammer.
