I'll never forget my doctor/guru friend's words to me from day one ,,,,,,,, in this game we don't use the color GREY,,,,,, in this game the only colours available is BLACK and WHITE ,,,,, there is no ' just the one ' policy here, u choose white and u stand a chance, if u choose black , u will only fool yourself, and let family and friends down . Every morning I'll think of these wise words, and guess they have helped me staying on track ,,,
I was curious those of you that quit drinking what were the withdrawals like?
I dont drink very often but i just felt like sharing that i feel a smoking break sounds good to me atm.
I was reading on plant medicine, and this one place had a lot of nice plants, and they even had one section for cannabis, and they said you shouldnt be smoking more then 7 days in a row unless you had cancer or some other condition.
I just thoughit it was a good idea.
They also talked about the withdrawals on that site, and seems like they know their thing.
For me taking a break, the 4-5 first days i dont get much sleep, fall asleep in the morning..
Lots of energy but boredom, its like you head is on and cant take a break
Alcohol and ganja 2 different things but both can make you work your self control
Talking about self control, on that site i was talking about they said weed can affect your selfcontrol and affect your analytical faculties.
A break is never a piece of pie
Hate to say it
Sometimes, there is a need for me to take a break
I become irritable, angry, and it makes me think there is some kind of unbalance in my body
Sometimes i am stressed because of the need to hide it, it sort of causes a schism (separation) to my personality and it all goes together to make me say.. Yeah i need a break
Good luck to everyone who decides to take a break from alcohol, i think its a harder substance to drop then cannabis.

I respect your thoughts bro, but
my dad didn't raise no quitter.......
I just passed my 2 year milestone!!!!! 2 years with no alcohol!!! Woohoo!!!!
If you feel alcohol is problem for you and you are merely substituting one thing for another, there will still be an underlying problem.
