Ive worked with WoS's Wild Thai. Supposedly Ko Chang thai.
WoS is known for using an Afghan Kush male for most all their releases. I can see it in the leaf structure, IMO.
A great entry level Thai.

OK, but if its a thai x kush cross, then it shouldnt be named "wild" thai, because it aint one. Thats my point.
I dont doubt its a good strain, its just not what they call it.

And what i told before were guesses of something i'm sore. Just saying.

I too can attest to lack of purity of the WOS thai also. Surely crossed. Short flower time and wide leaves for sure. What I was suprised with was for a "knock off" thai was G13 seeds thai. I grew it ten years ago or so not expecting much and it was pretty nice. Thin leaves and I cut it at 18 weeks before it was done. Real racey high. Don't even know if you can get it anymore but I was pleasantly suprised. I'll try to find a pic.

There is a book out there by Peter Maguire called, "Thai Stick, Surfers, scammers and the untold story of the marijuana trade".

I just thought it would be a good read for those looking into Thai stories and possibly the genetics.

G`day GB

Just a vac seal and ship it on out of the Golden Triangle ?
Seems pretty bold ?

I`m amazed the packages weren`t detected .
I would have thought packages from Thailand would get extra scrutiny .

Chock dee !

Thanks for sharin

Always a pleasure when you post

Amazing pics , how I would love to taste some of that

DM

This is odd but I seen it with my own eyes

A week or two before harvest there was a test chop , You know quick dry yada yada . Well during final harvest there where still several chopped colas still hanging on the fence from two weeks earlier that sat out in rain . Surprisingly not molded . Surprisingly good smoke considering . The biggest difference compared to slow dried whole harvest was the flavor . There wasn't much to compare and it was a quick dry lol . But from memory the outdoor dried was a lot less flavorful

Your statement Made me laugh to think of this , ps I wasnt the dope that forgot it outside

There is a local guy that hangs his harvest in the corn fields. He says the corn slows the drying down a bit compared to full sun. After a month of curing he has some of the smoothest and most dreamy bud around. Its almost always light amber or gold in color and burns really nice.

Ive never had harvested bud out in the rain; but, I have had buds die and get discovered the folowing day covered in frost. They usually just need to be hung a bit longer.
