Not exactly frosty thai buds, but fuzzy thai roots. Hope that'll suffice. Anyone out there got any good root porn they'd like to share in return?

It's gypsy nirvana Thai stick. They are from direct from Thailand growers. They were available for a few years and ace seeds sold some too but didn't reproduce then. I wish I could grow some nice pine tasting plants one day it's my favorite flavor. I don't think you can buy these anymore right now.

i got a few packs of gypsy thai stick for freebies a few months back.

Hello everyone, I thought I would give an update on the progress of the two Thai varieties I started this winter. I was planning on them going all year but for some reason they just started to flower on me. The only reason this might have been caused by me would have been some minimal light spill on them during veg. Otherwise I can only think it is just their genetics. Maybe they are more of an auto flowering sativa? I also am surprised they are not going back into veg now the natural light hours are increasing and they haven't been exposed to any light spill for over a month now. Here are some photos from my icmag album.

It will be interesting to see because they look pretty committed right know. Its kinda hard to see the flowers on those pics (taken about two weeks ago) but I kinda hope that the wild thailand finishes what its got going on, I mean now it's looking promising! As for the mama thai, I am not so attached because they just look really leafy, but you never know how they might turn out after a cure. As for the Double Thai I harvested in January, it is getting stronger, less of a functional high and more of a trip, I may wait another to give a final report though because the smell and flavor just keeps getting sweeter!

I really need to do a seed increase with my Highland Thai soon.
I only have a few at this time and don't want them to go bad.
Since pure thai are very hard to source now.

Yes I have only seven seeds myself that I made of Double Thai x Double Thai. These two "thai" varieties I have now are nothing like the 24 week kind at all. I have never traveled to Thailand to see what is growing there so I can't say what is authentic but there is definitely something special about the double thai.

The two Wild Thailand I grew from World of seeds turned out great, stinky and chunky. I am still curing them, I had to harvest them a little early for no fault of theirs. They probably would like to go about ~12+ weeks. I would say not 100% sativa due to the fact that they flowered late spring.
The two Mama Thai I grew from seedsman were just cabbage beasts. One had no smell and just looked like sauerkraut when one looked inside the "buds" and the other had an INTENSE smell and a resembled a bud but was molding just the same.
I would say neither of these strains are 100% sativa due to the fact that they flowered late spring and weren't particularly stressed to do so. Here are their last days.

I find it very hard to believe that those are pure thai.
Like only 12 weeks and that bushy?

I call them hybrids and not pure sativas.

Maybe skunk X thai?

Of course it is not pure thai. The leaves and the structure speak for themselves, the flowering time just confirmed it.

In my opinion, it is a hybrid heirloom from thai or a heavily worked thai to suit better for indoors, maybe even just a skunkxthai cross as stated above. Just tired of marketing..
