Can you buy any proper thai genetics anywhere? Or even any other hybrids than with malawi?

I may get some Thai seeds coming directly from Trang, SE Thailand very soon.

I'm being asked to make a reproduction with them and will enjoy doing so.

They'll have to wait until early 2017 to be germinated.
Since I just embarked on another pure Sativa grow.

I may get some Thai seeds coming directly from Trang, SE Thailand very soon.

Very nice bro! Perhaps they may be originally Cambodian grown bagseeds, like many stuff sold on southern Thailand and Vietnam (usually northern weed comes from Lao though) from what I've been researching.

On the other hand Cambos are crazy ass satties too!

I was researching last night and did also read that lots of Thai weed does come from Laos.
I think it's because the laws are not as strict as in Thailand. One web page I read even said
to make sure you keep your bank card handy and with you. Because if you get caught with
weed over there that money could make the difference of going home vs a lengthy jail term.

Regardless what they are. I'll take any untouched Asian type.

I'll create a thread when that all goes down.

I hope they germinate.

Well if I would have know this, I would have put off sprouting my ace double thais for breeding, for some other strain. Was starting to get nervous of the lack of availability currently on pure SE Asia seeds. Good luck corky, looking forward to see this take place.

Why put off working with the Double Thai? It sounds like a very nice plant.

Who knows maybe they'll be a Triple Thai one day.

Well I got those Trang Thai seeds last week. I hope they germinate.

I also got a bunch of microcentrifuge tubes in the mail last week. So since then I've
been repackaging my own personal seed bank into them and found something nice.

I found my Highland Thai seeds I made when I made the 1st Kerala reproduction in 2010 and counted 83 solid seeds.

So these Highland Thai seeds will be very high priority in the new year after I'm done with the current sativa grow.

Thailand is pretty rough, a lot of countries in SE Asia are not too friendly towards our little hobby. I have even heard about people being drug tested for no other reason than someone felt like drug testing them. They really have been rough a long time, even killing people.

I know about crazy laws in countries like that.

Which is why I hope to reproduce these Thais in pure form seeing how rare and/or hard obtaining them is.
