I can understand how a man can snap under pressure and murder his wife in the heat of the moment. It's a horrible act that deserves punishment and it is unexcusable. However often I can find myself having a little bit of sympathy for the person. Losing their job, infedelities, etc. can make a person do unexpected things.

However what this guy did is completely evil. There is no sympathy to be had for this man, and while I don't believe in Hell I certainly hope I'm wrong for this fuckwads sake. This wasn't just a random mental breakdown, this was malicious and thought out.

I don't like wrestling, perhaps I'm subconciously homophobic (really, who wants to grapple with a dude in a speedo?) or maybe I just don't like over dramatic excuses for entertainment. However I do respect the people that do it, they fill the seats on a nightly basis and I hope nothing bad comes to the WWF because of one persons actions. Media (books, video games, movies, tv) get enough shit as it is because of crazy peoples actions. This is just another bullet for someone to shut down our first ammendment rights (arguably the most important ammendment).

If ANYONE can post some actual valid redeeming qualities of the WWE and that whole type of wrestling, I love to see it.

I personally think it is putrid, innane and extremely harmful to kids.....

Harmful to kids? I don't see how.

I don't find it entertaining, however I do think people should be allowed to watch what they want. Whether it be NASCAR, Wrestling, Reality TV, Curling, or Basketball. Personally I think paris hilton is more harmful to kids than wrestling, girls around the world now idolize an amateur porn star, atrocious singer, and god awful actress. If I had my way she'd be sent to mars to look for signs of water. I find stupid all those shows, mundane, and mind numbing...however if I want to watch cheesy horror movies (Evild Dead anyone?), Lacrosse, and Discovery channel who am I to say which is superior?

The children that go out and wrestle in the backyard get what they deserve, as cruel as it is to say. It's not wrestlings fault, it's the school, parents, and society's fault...not some dude in a leather loin cloth.

'Please explain how teaching kids to idolise and admire brainless meathead 'riod junkies acting out a totally fake storyline and pretending to hate each other and beat each other into goop is not harmful.

Gotta agree with ya there buddy! Wrestling may be weak(which it is) but it should not be censored. Anyone should be able to watch whatever they want. I am not for censoring at all. When a kid watches any show like this they should be able to identify the fact that wrestling teaches literally nothing and is only on tv for entertainment. If you can't distinguish between what is reality and what is bullshit entertainment(regardless if it is violent) then you are obviously lacking in intellectual character. That includes kids too.

It is not tv's fault that your kid is a moron and jumped tried to suplex his friend and snapped his neck. Your kid just has poor, poor judgment. I'm speaking in general, not anyone's kid in specific.
