thats a similar setup I wanna run: Hyper 6" 325CFM (slowed down to 40-60%) and a Can33 with 6" flange. The Presh does the same, like it has a filter curious smell, it got deeper and deeper at the end of flowering with KAndy Kush, It could pass some of the smell, maybe a lil' but I feel the need for a Can33. I've read nothing but good things about it.

I've seen more and more setups like that one, the filter over something, It looks like it actyally works aswell as in the ceiling!

Hey Coco! good to see u over here again:tiphat:
Yeah, I was sold on the lightweight thing of the Presh's, but after I read that the big weight savings are because of less carbon in it.
I think the Presh still do the job but for those stinky strains, you know, stinkiest stuff ever, I think the china made filter gotta be swapped for a canadian made  peace

When you popped into my newest thread i figured id look and visit yours.

A can 33 in a 4x4 you wont smell shit outside the tent for sure. My super lemon haze was rowdy smelling and the c33 was perfect.

Maybe your cfm was too high or low for the filter and contact time was not correct.

Green gator filters look cool i want to try them. Though happy with the can filter. Yes they are made here in canada the cans and i have always used and loved them. A can 50 will cover a whole basement no problem.

You can setup filters in many ways. In tents i like to use passive intake from the exhaust so i open a lower vent and put the filter and fan up too pull air from bottom to top through all the plants. Brings cool air up through the plants and negates the need for a intake fan.

I have to go for a family dinner sucks but ill bae back later with more thoughts. Lots of ways to set this all up to work for you. Theres always a optimal way lets help you find what works best for your situation

nice! Gonna get a can33 with 6" flange. Just had a look at those green gator filters on the interweb and they look pretty cool.

The gators look pretty smart to me i want to try them here or in my next place. I think they briefly had a banner here which is how i learned about them.

I love can but those look killer.

When it comes to odor, don't fuck around. I always oversize my filter and fan and dial it down with a speed controller. Safety and security first folks. An oversize filter will last longer too. If it turns out you need more cfm due to heat, you got it with a turn of a dial.
