Looks like the Vientiane & Xayaburi I’ve grown from Laos; you’d have on some full females then an entire male arm grow 2-3 feet in a few days & flowers fully open, wild wild thing to see & very unique cannabis comes from that area, very special cannabis with accumulative effects that build over hours, days even weeks especially when using no other cannabis to hold you back during that time, no ceiling & can be extremely psychoactive

I got plants that sexed as males. They made male flowers as true males, but later they stopped to make male flowers and became females. They had low fertility as they didn't make as many seeds as I expected, as they released very little pollen. The worse thing is the seeds loose viability just in a few weeks. And to complete the performance once they begin to flower they became completely covered of powdery mildew as if somebody would have spreaded wheat flour over the plants. The high was really nice, even a bit paranormal/telepathic
But the dropping in germination rate makes the strain difficult to keep, specially if you know you will harverst more powdery mildew than trichomes.I am sure I had very bad luck and I got a dead end line, suffering a strong inbreeding depression. But it is very difficult to get more seeds as I cannot go to the source. And anyway they are replacing such strains in their own place of oringin, Tuk-Tuk village in Samosir Island in Lake Toba. There is plenty of pure landrace still grown in Aceh. But travelling there is pretty expensive.

Not only germination rates are low in the Sumatran strain line I got. The plants also make pretty few seeds. I allowed whole plants together to be pollinated. But I got a much lower amount of seeds I would have expected.Germ rates are poor but that’s why you make thousands of seeds

The smell remembers me something like a carrot when the inside trunk is green. I don't know if that is simmilar to unripe mango smell, as the mangoes I can get here use to have almost no smell.
Burnt plastic smell is typical of N, N-DMT. It is interesting that those racy, scary, paranoid plants have such smell.
Your Laotians looks really beautiful. I love those deeply serrated narrow leaflets. They must be amazing plants with wonderful psychoactive effects as you describe them. It is a pity that most people lose the oportunity to enjoy such awesome highs because they refuse to grow such plants with intersex tendencies.
I guess the Cambodian #1 is the plant with the crazy branching pattern (whorled).
