The plants are looking great. I have to admit I was worried about your season when you were getting flooded. The plants looked rough. Such an amazing plant though. They have come through the extremes and are producing some nice flowers now.
Cheers GG

Thanks guys! I was sure getting worried about flooding earlier too. They pulled through though! I was thinking yesterday kind of glad they didn't have a good push all the way through the season, these guys might be closer to 9-10 feet! At this size they will do better in the wind.

Thanks vince! Been perfect ripening conditions lately. Hoping this dry pattern lasts through flowering season. You don't need a calendar to know what time of year it is. Its been cooler than average lately, by about 10 degrees. A few extra buds may come in handy on a cold winter season. :smoke:

These little buds are potent already! I couldn't hardly finish my pipe last night. Must be all that sun!

Hey if you are considering growing autoflowers, but don't have room, just grow a big bush and break a branch in late August. Redneck autoflower harvest. Probably yeilds about the same. :smoke:

Hey bruvio! I know, I've grown autos, and letting the flowers ripen to full potential will always have better resin. I was just surprised because I had been mostly smoking leafy tops and tolerance was way low. After trying some fresh flowers from the branch, I was surprised at the potency increase. They are ok, about on level with mexican schwag brickweed. Its nice to smoke in between good buds. It will get ya by! :smoke:

Hey hempheadjack, good to see ya! Like a good chef, you have to sample a bit to make sure everything is right. Have to know whats going on inside the resin. :smoke:

Wanted to check for diseased leaves and mold. Haven't had any rain, but we've had heavy dew every morning and a little fog. The growth I found was amazing. Some of these plants have really hard flowers and ripe resin. I thought about poping off a head to take home. May do this for the big weekend coming up. Some are not quite as mature but still smell good. The flowers are building a little more loose, and they didn't trigger quite as fast. Its interesting seeing the phenotypes in the seedlot separate out. I smelled a lot of them to see what type of plants we had, and smelled 2 or 3 with a skunky like smell. The others had a sweet and spicy classic indica smell. I'm going to have to label the smells and separate. That way I can bring out my favorite flavors later on down the road. Enjoy!

Realized there wasn't really enough light to check the flowers over real well on last trip, so we checked for mold. There were a few spots so we came back with some tasters! Couldn't keep my hand out of the cookie jar! Resin isn't as ripe as I'd like it to be, but it will tie me over for a couple weeks until they're closer to done.....:smoke:

Alright! We got a good batch of heavy rain this evening. It has been pretty dry lately. Now it can go back to being dry for a few weeks so they can finish. A bit of rain will be good to get the microbes in the soil working again. Got to keep those feeder roots alive. Need to check for mold of course. Been enjoying the early mold testers. Bro and sister confirmed it does have good potency already! Another month and it will be twice as good. Twice the yield too! :smoke:
