hmm i think this seems to be a regional issue. sure the word piff can get played out just like the word haze can. imo in the strictest sense piffs definition would be the brown haze clone the great88.which is different from cuban black haze but in the same class. the definition of piff in lexicon has become more inclusive to include all of the nyc hazes. this can happen with any poplar item. going back to dipset had multiple hood dvds which showed bags of manhattan brown cuban black etc.jadas been rhyming about piff strips since late 90s. theres no strain or clone more recognizable to someone from the east coast then the piff clones.
and this is because we smoked it for a decade and it dissapeared after 2006 bust in large quantities. when you smell taste there is no mistaking it 10 years come rushing back all at once. we all paid 20 dollars for a .7 for years when there was much cheaper bud around. what piffcoast has and brought to the community is irreplaceable. its just like nevil saving the 69 haze males if he had not done that the entire scene would be different. i guess at the end of the day what you think doesnt matter at all. your so eager to talk shit you dont realize what your saying is total bullshit mixed with some jealousy i guess. nyc haze is the most discussed cannabis of all time every forum has multiple threads on the search. and its not just because it was popular its because its something special that wasnt out-crossed and preserved every trait that makes haze magic. but that does not mean its the only good haze or everyone needs to like it.. any f1 or early breeding some nevils males is special and important. all these lines hold cannabinoid pathways lost to almost all hybrids. and of course any popular word is going to get played out i had piff shaved into side of my fade back in 07 so its the opposite of a trend. its a revival.
