I heard a thing about 2x315 fixture having hot spot and not as efficient as single unit so that is why I asked. Headroom is also important in a 4x4x6,5tent so maybe 2x 315 dpapillon is the way?
Another important question is someone said they weight kinda much so how much do they weight? I remember tents have a limitation of 10 or 12 kilos to hang? or am I imagining?

You'll have better uniformity with two lights as opposed to a single fixture. Two fixtures will probably weigh more than a single fixture. I'm using Cycloptics Greenbeams and they are incredibly light. They are kinda pricey, but they have unmatched uniformity.

Yeh well actually single 315 is 6,5kg and 630w is 5,5kg that is weird :D so maybe hanging 2 is kind of overkill and I'm sure coverage is fine with single 630w fixture so I'm thinkin will have to go that way then..

120V SS LEC 630 weights a lot. So mush that it bends the cross bars inside the tent. I had to secure it using other means. Once im done testing it I will move it into the main room then put 2 single 315's in its place to veg with. Ballast wont be inside the tent like it is on the 630.

Yeah I would go for 2 separate units especially as your tent is only 6ft tall, with the 630 d papillon you lose over a ft of head room. The 630 d papillon has got some he weight to it,similar weight to a gavita as ballast is attached the say way as the gavita. It does put out alot of heat when turned all the way up to 760w. I wouldn't hang it in a cheap tent, if your in the eu try to find a homebox tent or a green qube tent, they both come with thick poles around 20mm, will support the weight no problem.

Thinking about running 1k DE and 630 CMH combo in flower, but wondering if I go with the 3100k or 4200k? I heard someone say for supplementation the 4200k would be better due having a more blue spectrum in contrast to the HPS, but if just running both CMH's the 3100's are better due having a more HPS like spectrum?
Anyone have any experience with this combo? Wondering if it will still provide comparable yield as two DE HPS with providing more resin production due to the UV from the CMH.

I would be using the growers choice DE CMH in soles tek DE ballast if that makes a difference.

I use both bulbs in the 630 to flower with, lov the results.. Veg lights use 942's.. It would be nice to see some results with that bulb. No one has provided any so far.

Huge is running his room with HPS/CMH. Pick his brain for info.

Update on the Phantom II 315.. I got the replacement ballast it's been working for a few weeks now its got the same issue the 1st 1 had.. Its unreliable, I have found it off 3 x now. It would not refire just like the 1st one was doing. I had to unplug both the power and light cords wait 5 min plug both back in. Works for may 1-2 days then fails. I will see if I can get a refund but I doubt it.

I recommend the green power 3100. You won't go wrong with the combo;) 1.67 grams per watt in that room. quality is awesome.

I'm noticing some really good improvements in plants health and happiness :). Under HPS I rarely get the tops to pray. Under CDM all the plants are saluting the light :) I now have 2 315's mixed in with the 2k hps. I still have 1 more 315 or the 630 to go into the main flower room. Also need to upgrade my Dehumidifiers (8a) to a Quest Dual 105(4.3a) or 110 to save on power some more. ..

Been reading everything I could the past 24hrs and there doesnt seem to be a lot of people running these combos, or at least they are not posting about it on the forums yet. The one constant that I find is that the plants seem to love the CMH's. So I think Im going to go for it and see how it works out. I dont mind sacrificing a little yield for quality and lower electric bill.

Wish I could get the phillips, but dont have a full CMH set up. Only reason I considered this was the growers choice bulb, which you can use in a DE set up. I would like to see how those bulbs stood up to actual CMH single ended, specifically the phillips.

Watt for watt you won't be sacrificing any yield. In fact, in my limited experience flowering with them, I had above average yields along with the increase in quality.
