The little seedling is doing OK, but she really seems slow.

She's probably struggling with her roots trapped in the stalk.

She still looks good though...

Did you drilled till you got into the soil or just enaugh to make space into the stalk?

All the way through, about 6 inches.
Water does drain down the hole beside the stem of the new plant.

I'll just LIFTA and see what happens.

Yeah dunno I would not touch it. If it can grow into the soil assume it already did or it will soon do.

The seed started in the closet has pushed up above the surface, so she is growing.
It is one of the Poisoned Rose X Cookie Devil Feminized Autoflower seeds from ReikoX.

The other seed is planted in a planter in my parts car.

That will keep the frost off of it until the risk of frost is over.

I'm not going to be messing around with this plant.

Nothing stupid or experimental.
I'm going to try to do everything that has worked for me before, and hopefully end up with a pound of good bud, regardless of how long it takes or what kind of grams per Watt I end up with.

All my media has been completely replaced as well as all the bennies, so I hope that doesn't have any sort of impact.

I can see the soil mites running around, so they are alive and well and hopefully going to protect the closet from any flying invaders.

She's really moving along...

This is two hours later.

It's nice and warm in the closet, at about 88°F .
She seems to like it.

I keep putting drops of water on her to keep her shell soft.

Looking good there mate.
My attempt at regenerating a plant has failed as it has died off so now I have to start a seed and hope it will germinate.

I was going to try to regenerate one of my plants at one point but you guys convinced me that you can't regenerate an autoflower, so I didn't bother.

I guess what I'm doing is a bit like a regeneration attempt ?

I just found an old stalk in my backyard from a couple years ago and it was pretty solid.
It didn't rot and decompose so I think my little plant is going to have a hard time making that drilled hole any bigger ?

I know that tree roots can grow into cracks in rock and actually break the rock apart, so there could be quite a bit of pressure from the new plant to force open the old stalk.

It will be interesting to see what happens.

This is her today,...
It looks like a tiny bit of growth.

I might be able to start some light nutes in a few days.
That might help her along ?

My closet sprout is looking pretty fuzzy...

I'm pretty sure that those are root hairs and not mold.

I was looking at my sprouted seed and thought that maybe she needed some help getting her helmut off...

I gave her a few drops of water then I got my helmut removal tools out...

Yeah, she looks quite happy and eager to grow.

The window plant is struggling.
She's pretty much stalled.
Still looks healthy though.

The closet plant is probably going to have two full sets of leaves before the window plant ??
