First off, thanks to all on this thread that read and enjoyed my old story.
Cocktail Frank, your comments were appreciated, particularly as you do not seem to "pull any punches" when it comes to laying out your opinion.
Per the wife, post overgrow, I do not post any pics. nothing good to see.
But this past weekend I got something new, so I will post some updates here as she progresses. Up north in NY, it is known as Mikey P but they are also calling it Butterscotch. No matter the real history, it is a proven winner.
She is just a little baby now, rockwool cube transplanted into the usual promix I run. This is the first time I have had a clone in rockwool, I just dropped it into the pro mix. I always take my cuts in pro mix soaked in water and a drop or two of superthrive.
I will update on how it compares to the lifesaver and mothers finest.
when I was a kid, I was a member of the ESA (eastern Surfing associastion). I think Cocktail Frank should start the Eastern Stoners Association as well......

Any of you guys growing a SD x Exile cross? I got some and it is pretty nice. Just a small bag from a friend and he said he was told that's what it is. It's local or someone just brought it back from vacation from school. Either way, just wanted something different, so I grabbed some. Glad I did.
My Bubba's are looking really good right now, and the SD x OG is looking just as good, which makes me smile. Time will tell, but I've seen some good results with these same beans from others recently.
I think I'm gonna pick up that camera after Christmas.
Maybe I can get a deal. I just want to get a decent one if I'm gonna get one, and everytime I get the loot, something pops up. Sure you guys know how that goes. Should have the money here this week or next so we'll see what we can do.

Glad to hear your plants are doing well Red Nine. I read a discussion about taking good bud porn in another thread recently. One bit of advice I think is worth passing along is to get a tripod as well as a camera w/a good macro zoom feature, then use the cameras timer.

Hey guys...here's the xmas pics I took cause I'm gonna start a thread in the coco forum. My nute choices might change, but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be staying w/ coco for a long while. I've never seen growth like this!
Flowering here is 8 plants. I think you can only see a few in the bad pic) plants under 1400 watts. 3 Arcata Trainwrecks, 1 Cush/Green Crack, 3 Casey Jones's, but different ones to pic from, and a Blowfish.... They're in their final home, 2.2 gallon pots with a good inch and a half to two of hydroton on the bottom, being hand watered daily. Started with canna nutes, ran out and switched to AN Monkey Juice. I think the plants are telling me they can take heavier nutes, but otherwise are generally healthier then I've had plants at this stage before. I'm also adding hygrozyme and just started giving it a little pk13/14.
There things took off after lights went to 12/12. Here's one plant. I haven't taken out any undergrowth or anything...I've clipped a few high fan leaves to get light lower. Otherwise, I'm just letting them go!
