yes, at F2s all possible combination, much more variation. and F3 you eliminate that opened variation with selection of certain parents for certain traits you favor. well it depends on what females you want your male tot use on.. if it is some polyhybrid then it doesn't matter, you can use first generation male imo. also if you have low yielding blueberry, juicy woo can help it a lot with vigor and yeild and keep it in blue line. or any squaty indica you want to make bigger size. it depends on idea. just grow it and you will see how it is like and idea will come itself. good luck with TB and JW.
individual of blues I used in juicy woo, sure I could use one with better structure or higher yielding one, but I chose her only for her effect. it seems to me perfect for haze male. the were another one juicy fruit smelling and with bigger calyxes but it had usual relaxing blue effect.. but this one I used, it was pheno 4, its effect was different. even racy a little and it seemed to me that activity of my psyche was very high. and intensity was that numbing one. duration of effect was around 2 hours. and that is challenge for mr. shine, to prolong duration and makes it more sativa. I think those typical blue haze are mellow because blueberry indica was used. but if I want blue thai haze, I will not use blue indica with relaxing high right?
I like your approach Maha...you're saying tune in and be deliberate with your action, clear on your goals when combining genetics. I think so many of these bland, interchangeable polyhybrids that are so popular now have only one real goal, and that is higher THC. Why the hell would you focus only on that? It is so ignorant IMHO. Sure, I could drink some Everclear grain alcohol, but I'd much rather have a nice craft brew, thank you very much.

Surreal v2 #6 down, 91 days, black again but this one not much smell to report. Slight fruity metallic floral but you need to rub the resin to smell.

Totally agree TexasTea mahas approach is how I am trying to go about it. I'm creating a lot of seed stock for now before I begin a proper deep dive into my mango thai x OTH. And these will make good additions...
Super Malawi haze from last year that was vegged for a good 6 months, constantly topping to keep under control.

there are toms haze phenos - cerebral, black vietnamese phenos - cerebral and luminous, and nevilles haze phenos - silly and goofy, which are more rare. .

I agree why to smoke something what is flat and boring only because there is 27% of thc tag on it. when you use it as some kind of medicine, it gives sense. but when you are relatively healthy and you want only some fun and laughter and have good times, it cant work at all. dont even mention if you want to use cannabis for introspection, self developing and personal mind evolution.., for this you need high psychoactivity and not narcotic non active effect that reduces you to few psychic affection like to eat or to sleep. for example grandfunk, besides it is very funky uppity herb, doesnt make me hungry at all. I dont need to increase appetite... I mean is it even healthy, when you have good appetite, and you dont have lost appetite, and still using herb to increase appetite? It seems to me unhealthy..
I understand that if somebody lives in neighborhood where shooting and crimes is very frequent, that is not pleasant to smoke psychoactive herb... I get this... its better to smoke glue as it makes you more apathetic and eating helps you get rid of stress...
psychoactive herb has to be smoked in pleasant surroundings...
