It just copys the most repeated shit on the internet. There is something deeply philosophical about ChatGPT hallucinating over opiated thaisticks... wild shit
No one said that it was never done, they are saying it was never done to tons at a time. Imagine soaking 70 tons of weed in opium water, that would be quite a task.I would say opiated thai sticks would have definitely been a thing.
There was lots of heroin going round these parts up until early 2000's and yes people would even spike their own as well as lace other peoples weed.
I think it would be foolish for people to think westerners were the first to mix opium and weed together!
That is a good question and that could have happened too but reading people seeing them in other countries also tells me it happened in the Golden triangle. Is there any chance it was opiated after it landed down under?
no lack of knowledge of how things worked in thailand told you that ,That is a good question and that could have happened too but reading people seeing them in other countries also tells me it happened in the Golden triangle.
The plants were being grown in the golden triangle next to the opium they turned the opium into heroin in the same area, I kinda lean to the early water being used.
Opium and cannabis were the main source of income for these tribes, and having both crops there makes more sense.
hempy was sitting in australia and received something he was told was an opiated thai stick ,True, but they are now fully incapable of writing the history they want...they can hate on hempys' experiences all they want, they are no longer a defacto authority by deleting, editing, banning, and last word posts...bird is out of the cage so to speak
can you explain why the very best herb around would need opium added to it ??
they are quite nice flowers ,Here is 2 kinds of poppies I grow. It is legal to grow in Canada but don't get caught incising the pods, that is illegal. I have order poppy seeds from out of country and had to sign for them at the postal office. I grow them because I like the flower. The lighter coloured ones are some I have been growing for 30 years, they are a Nepalese crossed with a hen and chicks. The chicks part has disappeared but have loaned their color to the Nepalese. The other poppy is called Black Swan.

I'm not sure why they would chose to mix the two together. I could possible see it from a personal perspective but for a commercial use, I don't know. Why?
thats it then ,, we dont need to debate any further , some old guy has solved this for us ,, hahaha ..My neighbor is a ~70 year old guy. He served in Vietnam. He says all the Thai was opium laced.
