They are really dark green, the flash and the camera add to the darkness, but this thing has been a nute monster, not a burnt tip anywhere and i have to admit ive been testing the tolerance of this plant and she takes nutes like a roid head.

Ive been feeding full strength tiger bloom and my tea, and when i say full strength i mean 2tsp per gallon on the tiger and a 50/50 mix of the tea. 50%tea the rest is diluted with pH'd rain water. Then all teas/nute are bubbled for a min of 24 hrs before using, air is fed to the water at all times.

Oh yeah on the seed thing, i did hit her with pollen, and ive seen some seed pods start to form

Sounds like you have a real "winning" Pheno on your hands, cant wait to see what the second gen comes out looking like, i would assume the cloven leaf is VERY dom, ive seen alot of mossys pix with the same thing, hes quite the breeder, hats off to him Thats good to hear she is a nute hog, that usually means she will have fatter buds in the end, i can only imagine what she will do in 1-2 gallons of soil

I sure am hoping that the trait is dom, i dont expect to see it in the f2's but it will be there in the f3 just have to make sure i make seed stock. Im hoping that she throws out some thick buds with everything she has been eating it only makes sense, fingers crossed

FD you should see some clovens in the F2's, i got 12 of them from a 50 seed F2 run. I wasn't even selecting for them, nor did i pollenate one to use exclusivley, they were just jem F2's.
2 of them are nice cloven males i plan on keeping pollen from, to start projects with. Very stinky, my male fridge is one dank smelling unit right now .

That is one hell of a cloven pheno, my leaves didn't extend that much.. crazy!! They are big time feeders eh?!
The ones i get use cal/mag like nothing i grow.. well other than og i guess, og is a monster cal/mag hog.

If it is a cross...keep your Roid Head name in mind...

Yeah...the trait is more prevelent in the Fems..so to get two males should be a strengthener.

I think i might keep this name around. I like the way it sounds. I do have a name in mind already once i get one stable to my liking.

Start of week 6

Well i figured since mossy came in to show off the girls i would too.

All girls are doing great and now it looks like time to put on some weight. There starting to swell and the pistils are beginning to die back. I have noticed on one plant they are starting to recede back into the calyx. Things are really starting to frost up and look amazing. Hope you enjoy the shots and hope every one had a good weekend!

I was looking for a similar thread with regular strains but didn't find anything, does someone knows if there's anything like that. I'd like to compare and see what's best, cause I might start a grow this way. It surely depends on the strain but I wouldn't be surprised to see autos doing better results...

Thanks man and the cloven trait is crazy. Some leaves are like that and others are tighter. Seems the closer to the top the bigger the stretch and gap in the cloven.

Glad to hear you got a male cloven due to the fact that they are more evident in females. This should allow you to lock in the trait in the next cross.

Ive never grown OG but i can tell you that this thing is a monster feeder, way more than the hot chilli's i grow. I feed them the same amount and they take it just as good, but i have never had a plant take full strength from FF and not shot a slight burn. This thing shows nothing!!

Seems that this trait is in the Jem blood line as my BB looks Jem Dom

if there is a wiggle in the pistils and the start to withdraw into the calyx..it is normally a hermie..

the pheno I like in them has very distinct ridges and saw edges..

I have looked it over and over at first my thoughts were as yours. i remember Dargo's hermie. Then i got to looking and its nearing the end of its life. I have seen this before, it usually either deals with two things. Hermie as you stated or getting ready to be done. After careful eye and looking glass inspection she is finishing. The reduced pistils are just from the calyx swelling Looked for the key wiggle indicators and nothing there, thank goodness.

She is my shining star! She has a sativa bud look to her up close and there isnt much tric cover on her leaves, Oh but you should see the buds

Okay so let me make sure I got this right, 1/2 tb FF grow,(hydro) and 1/2 tb FF tiger per gal and bubble for @ least a couple of hrs and feed??? @ what age were plants when this was given....2nd or 3rd wk??? def gonna use the "bubble constantly" method through-out my future soil grows....more oxygen is alwayzz good! ++rep for that! any chance on learning what ingredients are in your teas??? < would like to try this with some of what I have now..if poss or needed.

Indded they do. I am almost tempted to stop the FF i am using on the others and switch to my on formula. I have added it to my other girls but in small amounts. The cup runner has had it all through its life

If i may suggest something to kick them a little. I have noticed when using the FF stuff they really really like the combo of them both. When mine were in the stage that yours were in i started a mix of the two. Its how i grew the Jem. Half a teaspoon of GB and half TB to a gallon, add some bubbles for a few hours and then feed.

And do this every other day for a week. This should pep them up. If you are seeing sex they can handle this dose. Its still only half the recommended strength on the bottle but goods from both sides.

I also have something else that ill let out of the bag. I use FF GB but not the soil version. I use the hydro GB This has worked out better for me than the soil version. Don't know why but it does. You can see that by the dark green of the leaves.

You got it 1/2 of hydro GB and then 1/2 of Tiger bloom. I use this at the time i see sex, run it for about a week and then the following week i use 1/4 GB and 3/4 tiger. Then 1tb after that. I usually never have to go more that this but on this cloven girl i wanted to see how much she would eat and she take sit all like a champ. My air is run at all times so there are always bubble in the water i usually run the water for 24 hrs with no mix other than to ph balance, and then add the rest the next day. Then after about an hr i feed the mix to them and what is left stays bubbled till next water.

About my teas, keep an eye on my Tips and tricks thread for the info. I need to get over there and update. Ill have some good info after this grow. As well as pics and some other info on technique.

but I cannot tell if it is simply "camera" colour on her....
