Ok,, we're gonna have to give the word sativa a new meaning.

None of that media hype, let's take things back to basics :canabis:

Jah bless mans that send this lines via Shinobi to I's brethren... not seen erb like these since we was counter high at the Grasshopper...lol

Takes us back to way back when things were a lot less complicated :joint:

Wow, never seen a plant like that before, is it supposed to grow like that or is the twisting caused by a ph/nute problem?

No didn't think so. :D

Can't be a nute problem,, it never had any... lol

ph problem maybe, but then again, sick plants soon die... and this ones still alive. so are the rest of the plants in the batch of varying lineage.

and yes,, I n I know how to water a plant thanks... :biglaugh:

this is it alongside BeAn's Floater x LifeSaver, same method, medium and watering regime... don't panic, it's organic:

Perhaps yo people never seen a real sativa plant before, so it kindda catches ya eye? could be a rope strain,,, but I's 90% sure that this is how this line does its thing. :D

We've all been drip-fed so much bull-hype about 'sativa' plants in the past that we might just be loosing sight of what's real and what isn't. when the love crept out of it, and the cash-seekers stepped in and made up some lies  please read the lineage link above and take a look at the leaf-blades.

I n I seen plants grow like this when we was kids, thought they were Colombian, must have been Mexican,,, you lives n learns :canabis:

I've seen some Thai hybrids grow like that.
That looks crazy though.
I never seen one grow that much like that.
Every leaf is discolored. Cool stuff.
Those sticky retardo buds look killer too.
I love that name too. Sticky Retardo!

Didn't DJ Short use this strain in some of his hybrids?

was gonna say it looks like some blue satellite #1 I grew "back in the day" hehe

It's not sick, no yellowing or spots...thats just how it grows, w/ the satellite it grew like that for the first month and then began to grow more conventionally the longer it was vegged. I wish I had pics but they died on OG and my old computer.

I hope you continue to update us on this pure sat mutant, i'm sure it'll be bomb

Definitely looks like the result of a genetic mutation. Were the seeds ever exposed to X-rays? I'd love to see how it turns out. :) All I grow is landrace sativas because of the hot, wet weather here...

This is definitely a unique plant,, whether the rest of the line displays the same character,, we'll have to wait and see. :chin:

The best thing about this type of plant so far, is that it doesn't look distinctly like cannabis to the lay-person

peace out all

Please note:

These seed were donated to the LGA by Oaxacaspice.

In turn the LGA donated a % of the line to ICMag freebie round up.

Please refrain from asking for seeds folks,,, this line already went out.

Bless all who make pipe-dreams possible,

I agree, that plant is growing well and looks perfectly healthy, so that wierd structure must be genetic. I agree that some Thais grow like this too, but its not so pronounced.

I've grown a couple of Mexican bagseed lines and a couple of heirlooms and never seen this trait before in a Mexican, I'm fascinated and can't wait to see how she flowers.
