No use for a name farms El Dorado 2016

Good point about the ph spike I will stick to gypsum. Water is around 7 and most of my mediums are around 6.5ph but my coco based is 5.8.

Hill have you considered any Cal-25?

Looking good, are you still spraying Regalia for pm? I like gypsum, calcium silicate, or ca carbonate top dresses for Ca.

I never have used the Regalia, I might try it. Maybe you saw the Trilogy? Same company? I was just about to get the sulphur spray on. Potassium bicarb might be a possibilty later but I don't want the K now.
Mizer, could you throw up a photo of a pot getting watered and how you have your sprayers arranged? Are they 360s?

I'll get a full season pic later, this one is from earlier this summer. They are 360 degree Jain DAN modular with orange concave downspray spreader and I use the smallest "violet" nozzle (35l/h? Check it) I'd use bigger if I had the capacity or more zones set up.
Yeah they spray near the stem, if it's planted high enough and doesn't get buried in mulch it doesn't matter. Cali growers often forget that plants can get wet ;).

Things are looking better. I foliared with jhb calcium & I applied gypsum and dical and used a little hose pressure to wash it in.

Cannascholar actually I did consider Cal-25, I used to use it. I just don't think I'd go out and buy it at this point. I did get good plant response from it. It looks like Calcium Silicate doesn't it?

Hey yall. Got busy and went rafting and backpacking. My help is all gone this week climbing rocks. My main help is climbing the nose of El Capitan.

I'm having tech problems. All my photos are sideways and upside down from my phone. I finally got web at my place, but trimmers used all the data. They were only supposed to stream because it's tmobile and they have that deal. A few days and I'm back in business

I guess I'll order that mirrorless dslr this week. My photos suck.

Plants are doing well, Sky lotus went in to flower later than most, SSH is barely in flower looks like 2 weeks. Azure haze has massive buds and deadhead og filling in.
My little Gamechangers are charging. They got put out almost 2 weeks after some of the other girls were showing
The super critical is turning out to be a nice plant. It has kind of Moonshine/Cherry/durban smell and the flower structure reminds me of the cheese cut I used to have. It vegged well, got huge, stayed green and happy, and the phenos look consistent so far. All that and feminized.

I have the habit of watering less than a lot of people but it started biting me in the ass. One end of the garden didnt get enough to runoff and had a lot of sodium...well a lot of everything. The plants there were smaller so they didn't have the canopy or shade "mulch" like the south facing plants. The SSH that struggled all summer finally perked up.

I got soil tests per Slownickel's specs. [email protected] with 30 minute shake. The calcium did in fact come out to apx half what the M3 test showed. I'll post that soon. I've been applying Dical and gypsum for a couple weeks. I have gitten good plant response from it.

I'll try to do better with these. I even used an editor and made sure they were upright. Oh and Icmag asks me to login every 2 minutes now.

It's a atv sprayer from tractor supply mounted to a wagon with a marine battery. Thanks yall. Tallest (not biggest) plants I ever grown. I doubt any are less than 13 foot. Some are actually >15' top of pot to top of tree. They want more sun.

I ordered a camera! Be here tomorrow. Sony a5000 mirrorless 24mp only weighs 9oz. We'll see if I can make something work.

I forgot to mention I was flushing the garden pretty hard more water. A little mildew was showing in greenhouse so I sprayed sulphur. With it so shady I think it's a goid way to go. I might use potassium bicarbonate too.

I'm building a processing barn with 2 20' containers, spaced 12' apart with a steel gable roof and a loft. Siding it with rough sawn pine. I'll put a woodstove in the room between the containers. Electrician was out to set me up with new 200amp service with additional meter to get commercial electric rate for the business, subpanels for my worker cabin/veg house and new building. I guess I'm going to build out a 8kw room in one container with air cooled 1k hps I already own. Thinking 600w gavita flex or possibly remote ballast DE for the other side. I have not done indoor in forever but I might as well have a winter project until I get new land for a fancy greenhouse.

I might make a thread for that project in growroom design and get some help with it.

Thanks. I think I'll pass on the chlorine this round. I use alfalfa tea for Tria. I did try Growmore "jumpstart" but didn't see results & it has Iron EDTA.

I used to think the same way about calcium chloride. As a foliar, it works just as good if not better than an Albion chelate, believe it or not.

Try it on half a plant and see what happens....

SN, can i add fish amino with calcium rich source(caco3 or cacl or calcium lactate) and get Ca chelated or brew with amino and Ca rich material ?
In the Albino posted video he says amino chelated Ca..patented etc..

I would love all the info on this. I am about to do the same thing.

Chelated calcium which is soluble, will surely help. I would want to know the pH of that calcium source.

Fish aminos have a lot of glutamic acid, which is a great Ca chelating material.

I personally would use gypsum or use the best chelated calcium which is milk!

Crushing it man. Whats the deal with commercial electric? I would love that...my bill was like 1100 a month this year.

So far I'm understanding that you get another panel installed(or one with two meters). Call pg&e and setup an account in your business' name. They'll come out and hook it up. Commercial accounts have a different tier system. It will keep you out of 3rd tier electric @ apx $.32/kwh and putting you at like $.16/kwh. Probably changing that $1100 bill to like $550. That'll equal something like a lb of profit per cycle.

I'd love to see a thread on cost of production happening. It's the name of the game now.

That is how I understand it as well. Has to be on a ag property or zoned commercial right? I don't think I qualify on my Rural Residential, even though I am zoned for farming. I have three parcels on my property, so it would have been great.

Well I'm finding out. I have an application in with PG&E. The electrician says we're good to go.
I'm trying to put the panels in now with one meter installed and a jumper in place and cover over second meter. When the smoke settles have pg&e put the meter in. I'll pull a homeowner permit at that time. I don't want the county out here until plants are gone.

Sky Lotus
Azure HazeThink it's Sky Lotus though my caption says deadhead OGThis girl was one of the two that got crispy last before I pounded calcium again

Got the new camera going. Much better and inspired to get my money out of it. The plants are doing they're thing now actually even the day since these pictures were taken there is a big increase in flower size. I was feeling a little behind in the game but I feel better.

PG&E approved my request for commercial account but, want to run another drop to the house and charge me and poke around more. I'm going to get the service upgrade done and think about the commercial down the road or for another location. There's a thread in Grow Room Design with more details.

A bear had been poking around, he knocked a plant about a month ago, spilled a reservoir for RO foliar water and ate some poultry waste fertilizer. This time he knocked a barrel of humanure from our compost toilet setup. The lid flew off and it needed to be cleaned up. The barrel had been mixed with alfalfa pellets and was currently hot, not that nasty of a spill to clean. I'd take it over changing diapers. I've got a really nice cheap design if anyone else needs a compost toilet for garden, trimmers etc. It's normally a clean hands off deal.

Azure Haze, they didn't get the best locations, and had russet mites in the beginning but they're beasts. Given a better shot they'd get huge.
This Super Critical is frosty and smells delicious and is loaded with buds so far.

Gamechanger is just barely started. They got help back in Kindergarten (aka indoor under floros) just happened that way didn't mean to

Greenhouse of misfits, Gamechanger, cuts from plants in the garden and 2 seed plants from the spring that were in buckets being abused until 2 weeks ago.
