You're sequencing is off. If the advice doesn't go in the right order its not of much use to me. Lets say 1k a lb and 200k a year is my end goal. It only takes 1 day to trim a lb alone. That gives me 165 days off each year. Bringing a full 200+ inside at the same time would be the hardest part. If its clean and you don't trim fan leaves first then 1 person could probably bring in 20+ a day and get the field done in 10 days which is an acceptable window.

I smoke about a Oz a week. You wouldn't even get me t o look at your wiring unless I'm blasted.

Everyone's tollerance is different I take a fluid Oz of olive oil I infuse everyone else takes 3.5 ml. I have a running perscriprion for ganja and oxy, both I've had long enough neither really intoxicate me just allow me to live with cray pain.

Supply it and charge them dummy maker some cash and you control the flow. If they know they are trimming stuff for them watch the fdifference in speed and quality of work.

Be compassionate. If you are your crew should be if not gett a crew who is it's up to you to supply good people and manage them properly. If you can't get a machine trimmer. If you can't handle that scissors or quit!

In the next paragraph you describe how it effects your attention to detail. If the mellow indica blocks you from complaining about something crucial its a negative effect same with if the light sativa makes you say stuff that distracts people during non social work time.

That only works on people that are blocked from ever growing themselves. You cant control the flow when its just a 3 light grow most workers can plan around that and ahead of it if they are smart. Paying them to trim what they are going to be smoking for personal is scammy imo.
