according to durban poision that he only needs 1 8 inch darkroom vent for the whole box... otherwise you have too many inlets which wont create enough suction, etc...

i think putting 1 8 inch darkroom vent under neath the slider in the flower room along with a couple computer fans to circulate air between the flower/mother chamber is still going to be the best bet...

someone please prove me wrong because ill be cutting up the sheets of plywood this weekend

well guys just got back from the doc well one problem i have is my liver is swollen all so i need surgery for a umbilical hurneia, my chest x-rays looked normal but he told me i need to stop smoking now and i cant drink any more but he said i didn't have a heart attack but the hospital didn't send the results of the stress test so i still don't know how i stand will find out next week till then the bills keep piling up with know way to go to work, now i am scared to even smoke a j now cuz i am not sure how it will work against my liver same with eating it so looks like i will need to do some research to see but they cant tell me why i feel so wired at time he just said its my nerves but thats bull it not nerves now i have a head ace in the back of my heads for 3 days now and now when the feeling hit it make me feel sick to my stomic and my stomic burns lol he said my chest pains are from heart burns wich is bull to. but who am i to know i am just anouter bum with out a job and ins to them. but any ways sorry for beaning a downer
but been all most 2 mounth now and i am not getting any better but any ways guys toke em up for me :)

Stevr - Well at least we're getting a bit of forward progress. Better than being clueless although I don't know if I agree with the 'diagnosis.' Then again, I don't have a PHD. Hope to hear of improvements man.

mysticls - I've really been thinking about that idea quite a bit. I can't think of why it wouldn't work. I'm trying to think of an effective way to move the air from the mother to the flower without taking up too much time/space/effort. I'm going to play with sketchup to see what I can come up with. Still trying to learn it though lol. Thanks man.

SuperZero - I like that idea. I suppose it could work the same way on the back wall as well but I think we might be able to come up with something less time consuming - though I do think that would work.

well just got back from the doctor and looks like all the test done show my heart is ok but my liver level is high as well as my liver is swollen my hdl reading is high, my cholesterol's is high, my white blood count is high, and so is my blood sugar. so now i got to go back to get more blood work done this week but the good news is doc says it ok for me to go back to work but he put me on Prozac and have to get this hernia operated on. so far i have stop drinking and fixing to give up the cigs and so far all this has cost me $7,000 after they gave me a $1000 dollar discount ummmmm not a bad deal lol with a min payment due of $850 lol like i got that kind of cash laying a round the old saying you cant get blood out of a turnip lol will ya cant, but they can dam sure squeezes all the juice out of it lol but other than that i am doing better hope any one out there has any info on smoking and eating MJ and how it acts on the liver cuz thats seem to be my most dangerous problem i have at the moment.hope as soon as i can find a job i will be able to smoke a lil and may be put my box back in use, and for those of you out there thats drink you better watch out achoule is dangerous as well as the cigs and eating the wrong food don't wait till you get older and start having problems and try to fix it because it may be to late.

That's great news Steve. Sorry that you've traveled the road you have too.

I'm a heavy drinker....daily....around 6 - 8 beers or so. How does that compare you your intake?

I've been praying for ya man.....I'm glad everything looks cool at this point.

thanks drpepper but really i don't drink that much mostly a beer to 2 beers a day and a 12 pack on Sundays think it mostly due to a bad diet and drinking and he said it could all so be from smoking. but i dont mind giving up the beer but i have a lil proublem with the cigs but i got to do what i got to do just make me mad as i am sitting on close to a pound of some sweet ass buds and i cant even take a lil toke lol but may soon as i land a job i will be able to take a few toke here and there. and if any one wouild like a link to a site to a free online diet check out this site so far i been on it for a week and drop 5 pounds www.sparkpeople.com its totally free you can even add ur own food has diets for high blood pressure or heart problems or just use it to see how many cals you take in and fat,vitamins ,coluslteroil, carbs ect ect

Well damn man, sorry to hear bout your liver and everything, but at least you got you heart ok'd, Giving up cigs is hard, very hard, I havent had a cig in almost 3 years now, but every now and then I get a real bad craving for them, the only thing that keeps me from going back to them is how healthy I feel without them. Its going to be hard, but trust me, you will fell so much better after you quit. glad to hear your doing better, hopefully you can start dipping into that pound you have soon enough.

i hear ya lizard i did stop years back the first 2 mounts was a bitch the 3rd was a peace of cake but i like a fool had to take one toke to see what it tased like and re hooked my self but am hoping that it s not to late and hope i can go back to smoking a lil green once in a wile not shure how safe it is to eat it found some info saying it was ok and some other saying its hard on the liver but i am still hear and may be soon i can have my box back up and running but its on hold till i find out what all is wrouing and wjhat i have to do to fix it if it can be fixed

well every one good news by lab work came back normal and the doc cant feel my liver so looks like i am getting better

well more good new i am now fixing to start my chem x c-99 seeds fixing to put the box back into service but with out the mods i wanted but oh well i will do then at a later date i just need to get back to growing again.

ok i started the chem x ? x c-99s the other day in jiffy pellets and so far 6 have sprouted out of 7 beans took 4 days hoping number 7 sprouts any day this will be a soil grow since i am just looking for the best female and male to breed for seeds and to get a mom hopefully if thing work out i will have to female to grow in my SWC for the next round but things have kind of gone bad since the day after i germinated the seeds my gf is wanting to move back in for 6 weeks till they get her place ready and thats not to cool for me cuz i dont know how i am going to keep her from finding out but to late they done pop so i am going with it main problem will be odor and noise with odor being the highest pryotey not sure how i am going to build the scrubber with no funds to do so so if any one has any ideas on how to make one for cheap cheap let me know

Glad to hear your health is coming back around around man. Maybe the new sprouts will help take you mind off it all a little. As for the GF....if she's good and trustworthy, keep her around....if not, to the curb she goes. No really man...May do you some good to have someone around to talk to all the time other than us.

I wish you the best man. I can't tell you how many hours I've put into reading your threads and learning from your experience. You to DP....didn't want you to go crazy by being left out ! ! !

hey drpepper glad you drop by was getting loney on here as of late. seems i have run every one off when my whining. but glad you dropped by .as for my heath i was doing good but i am having still having proublems but this is a pot growing fourm not a whinning formum as for the gf well i kind of con her in to not moving in for a wile but the trade off was i get to wach her dog for a wile. i just want anought time to make a seed run and find me a good mom looks like i got 6 plants growing dont think number 7 will sprout but that ok i dont like odd number of plants any ways and like i said this will be a soil grow and i hop it oes ok since i never had much luck with growing in soil but i am not worried about yeild this go a round so if i end up with only a 1/4 oz thats ok mosly after seeds and a good mom but any ways it late and i wish you and every one the best of luck

Hey Stevr59, You got me wondering what you said to her about not moving in. Must be a good excuse cause I can't come up with much. Might be good to have a pooch around for company. You haven't said anything about having pets, Guess if you did they would have been abit hungry since you left the house for awhile.

Moonshoes. that cabinet would be a pain. The doors have pins instead of hinges and I have a cabinet like that and It is a royal B to lightproof. Mine still leaks light. Have you checked out Red Greenery's rubbermaid thread in the Micro forum?

Check out this thread: An Introduction of a Genius for a really simple carbon scrubber. The last page discusses the method to the madness of why the cabinet was built a certain way and I have a blowup of the scrubber.
