no worries its all about learning man, i experimented with hermies for a while, with a good eye you can catch any before they even mature and empty there narna's

keep up the positivity man, its not like you can do much about it so its better to just accept like you have then too stress.......i bet itll be fine and if its only the one part with nanners at least you'lll have some seeds...

one question does it matter about light leaks during the veg period? or is it just the flower period that youll get hermies from light leaks....

yeh.... thats the spirit mr GM :wink:. if any seeds do form i doubt they will be mature by harvest.
light leaks turnin herms only apply to flower periods.

Looks like it is budding up nice in there NG2k, pitty about the bannas , as stealth said best thing you can do is just keep your eyes peeled pardon the pun annd keep picking them of being carefull when you do .And just try and catch the all . if there are dark bits under the canoppy which i bet there is just use a bright light to look under when the lights on. Just to make sure none are under there as that is where they like to hide the most out the way.

hey HR ! yeh thats what im doing... just checking whenever the growroom is open. start of the fourth week today.... im guessing they will start to fatten up round about now.

uping the nutes again tonite and will shoot some pics. the 2 control pots without the extra "nut mix" really are so much worse off than the other 4. im going to give them a feed of a little epsom salts and some extra N tonite as they are lacking.

well all heres a picture update for you all.... getting a bit bigger now and they should start to put some weight soon im hoping. im afraid i have to say that yes a few calyxes have been pollinated and all i can do is hope that there was only the one nanner. gave the 2 control plants EXTRA nutes last night because they need them that badly. all i can say is i will definitely use this nut mix again... there is such a difference in the health of the plants.

yea i am a little hacked off that they have even seeded... it hadnt sunk in before... i dont quite know why they hermed really..... apart from opening the outer closet door to get access to the room above the growroom i just dont know. i never open the growroom until i know the lights are on... could it be to do with training? or nutes or could it just be a genetics thing?

hey all.... well i decided to take a few pics for all to see... im into my last 2 weeks now (if they finish in the 45-50 days as stated). very very eager.... i am hoping they will put on a bit of weight soonish and chunk up.
one thing i have noticed is that the 4 or 5 buds directly under the lamp have like whitish tips... as if they have been light bleached.... is the lamp possibly too close??? they are starting to frost up now.

your 1st scrog is lookin' good! Your on your last 2 weeks Did you flush yet? I donno about light bleaching they look good to me
in the last two weeks they are dying anyway so your gonna see color change you should be ok imo l8ter

Anything noticed directly under the light that isn't noticed at the edge of the grow could be due to the light. Put your hand face down about an inch above the middle buds, leave it there while you count to 30. Is that the temp you want to be on your buds all day? Only you can answer that.

i havnt flushed yet.... its pure organic which shouldnt mean i have to give a flush but i will give a week flush towards the end.
as for the light bleaching thing.... what i meant is the very tip of the buds directly under the bulb. im talking the top 1mm of each bud... its just pale.... colourless even... not something i will worry about.
when will they start to add a little weight?

Looking mighty fine there mate, I really feel like its been a journey for you on this. Especially the first few days before Christmas etc. Well done mate, really well done. I need to get away from the LR and onto the real deal, but like I said it will need to be when I build my new room.
