so last nights chargers/ saints game was entertaining with stick running the chargers offense
both teams played like their hair was on fire and i wish i kept track of some of the young guys names who impressed for both teams
its still early but i would not be surprised to see some of these guys make the 52 man roster
they dont call it eastern taiwan, they call it china and some of my relatives like to visit for holiday

When I was driving to the hoop .. I jumped as hard as I could towards the basket and some juiced out dude threw all his weight at me while I was in the air… came right down on the side of knee and couldn’t get up for like 15 + min … hobbled my way back to the sideline then eventually to my car that was parked a million miles away … thought I had a bruised knee or something .. I never had any instability and my range of motion was way off … my knee swole up and I was limping heavy .. When I get the MRI results … I was like wtf … all the years of fantasy football and you hear the words ACL .. it’s horrible … I got really upset and was thinking about waiting for that bodybuilder in the parking lot and go Tonya Harding on his knee … but that’s sports for u … injuries are a part of the game … right away I was pushed for surgery and I didn’t want it … my surgeon told me I’d never play sports again without ACLR and a meniscus trim … luckily for me I found a Facebook group and it’s all about ACL/Meniscus Non-Surgical recoveries… I had a complete ACL.. complete Medial Meniscus and grade 2 lateral meniscus with some gnarly bone effusion as well … the whole concept of non surgical recovery is popular in Australia and very new everywhere else in a sense … It’s all about intense physical therapy.. after a few sessions with the insurance PT… I was like this isn’t going to work .. found a next level PHD Sports PT … paid out pocket and did 2-3 hour workouts 5-6 days a week for a year plus until it became 3 days a week to now a year and a half later 2 days a week … I feel 95 % today … I’m playing ball locking up dudes half my age and loving it … I lost like 20 lbs and got into much better shape .. its pretty amazing how the body can recover… all these peer reviewed studies backed by science pushed me to take this route … if you have a lot of instability then surgery might be a better option for you .. but in that Facebook group .. I’ve seen older women destroy their knees skiing or riding horses and damaging more ligaments then I did … be wheelchair bound for months … and making a comeback skiing the following season … I waited a whole year before I played ball again….
