i seared it in the pan.everything going good.took it out and simmered it in beef broth.everything was fine till i started drinking and watching whatever.dont even remember.was checking it every 20 minutes and like magic all the liquid was gone!fuck me i just should of watched it more.it would of been better to roast in the oven but mine is broke!only the burners work and ive seen most vids do it on the burners.it was still ok.instead of bacon i used pork belly too.i wish i took a pick when i wrapped it up.looked like an old german lady did it!still got more meat left.im not giving up
