Are any of these docs even willing to show up in court to testify as to the necessity of the extended plant counts?

They would have to if the court orders a subpoena.

But in order for the charges to be criminal the state has to prove a corpus delicti. And part of that includes damages. If it can't be proved than all they have is a matter and not a case.

And challenging the subject matter jurisdiction will bring up a conflict of interest between the state and judge and would be grounds for appealing that judges determinations.

nice bud pics

"big wigs" already been discussing these moves
locals actually got the state to do what they were too afraid to do themselves
because many counties and municipalities already have restrictive grow codes.... but now it's set at the state level
still tho
it's a great idea to get in contact w the local county commissioners and LEO asap and to study your own county code and municipal code (if you are in municipal zone)

Yeah I would agree that major places/counties are kind of gone with the wind so to speak. Arapahoa, Adams/Denver, Pueblo, Springs, etc.

But these aren't the only counties, only the most populated ones. Where I'm located we will be having a public meeting on 1220, and I'm betting nobody is going to be happy about it. I encourage everyone to get involved with your local laws if you can, if you're lucky (and persuasive) maybe 1220 won't affect you.

Thanks, those are 5 weeks in. I think they're doing good. :tiphat:

I know for a fact that my Doc has held up his counts under court 3 different times at least...I haven't looked around lately since getting shut out of my court contacts.

This is the last thing in the world i want to do. Why tip them off more than i already have? This is strictly a city fight...I have a few surprise allies, but i have to try to stay within A64 and not give in to registering the grow it-self. My med lic also scares me but i know lawyers that can work wonders if you have one...But i can't afford them. I have to count on what they share with me to fight by myself.

Was it 1220 or 1221 that paid for LEO training? We should all be allowed to attend the same training or view their materials.

Stupid question...multi.

When i was younger my Great-Grandmother, and Grandmother would take me hunting black Morels up around our place over Beulah. I found a place that sells spores for them on eBay. I have heard some say that getting mushrooms to grow in your grow area means it is health...Is it really? I would think fungus near pot was always a problem.
Is it possible to get Morels in my car-port/green-house(look on my past pics on this site)? Is it safe and/or wise to try?
I am just getting ready to set out plants and thinking out what i might try.

DEA making raids in Colorado again.

http://www.denverpost.com/2017/05/12/illegal-marijuana-raid-monument-school/

I have to wonder, what if these folks who happened to be located near a school where actually legal under colorado law. All the DEA has to do is make the claim that it's linked to an out of state operation and they can get around the restrictions that where placed on them from interfering in med and legal states.

I seriously doubt that the feds are busting anybody who really is straight up state legal. It won't play well with a Colorado jury.

And, let's face it- we've seen a lot of carpetbagging. It's only natural. Anybody shipping significant weight out of state is taking their chances with the feds, their friends & their friends' cellphones & computers.

Morels aren't parasitic fungi so there shouldn't be a problem. Doesn't mean you'll get any morels, however.

Esko's Oaxacan harvested & drying. Frostiest bud-

picture.php

We obviously needed some bud porn, right?

Of the 8 I've grown, 2 were magenta/purple. The others were medium or dark green w/ short to med internodes. A couple were very strong stretchers. Maturation was 8-10 weeks. All have very showy orange hairs. The canopy is very thick, not allowing much light thru to the lower reaches so there's more popcorn than I'd like but still decent yielders. I don't think that would be a problem outdoors w/ wider spacing. The smell is mild, sweet, rosemary & spices. More pics in my albums.

The first 2 I grew awhile back were well received among friends & family so I grew more.

I have some Nirvana Northern Light & Jock Horror started, the Northern Light mostly for outdoor gardener friends. I'm curious about the Jock Horror because it's half of another Nirvana strain I really liked, Royal Flush. I've already grown the other parent, Eldorado, one of our faves.

regarding hb1220 and 1221; apparently the governor doesn't even have to sign them at this point, they have been passed by both senate and house and will be come law with or without hicks signature

U.S. Attorney’s Office could not provide details, but the DEA tweeted that the grow is part of an out-of-state operation.
So the official DEA statement came from twitter.
The DEA is informing the public of the bust on twitter WTF!
Could this be the ex-DEA guy now running a big cannabiz systematically removing the competition?
