I was just able to get my first pack of BOG genetics, Bogglegum . I'd rather have some of his other strains, namely SourBubble, Blue Moon Rocks, and LSD, but I jumped at the opportunity to get them. Can't wait til I have some openings for them.

Just an observer/lurker here. B ut I just wanted to hand down some props.

I was one of those "gullable noobs" who bought into "BOG's bullshit" about 4 years back, and boy am I glag I did, lol. I haven't grown in a couple of years now, and am just starting up again, but my experiences with Bogbubble and LSD were powerful enough to bring me back.

Maybe I'll have to break down and PM you once my opperation is going full-steam again, but for now, I will lurk and enjoy...

The BOG Project has now aquired one entire 12 pack of Lifesaver seeds.

6 are somewhatt older and 6 are new seeds from BOG himself through secret channels [ please dont ask]

Also we have aquired 8 Blue Moon Rocks seeds

6 LifeStar seeds.

And soon we may have 4 Bogbubble seeds
and 6 original SBBX3 seeds.

We also have a new SBBX3 ORIGINAL FEM
Plus a SBBX4 male.

So seeds are on the horizon for preservation purposes.

Also 3 LSD have shown FEMALE
and 2 males.
2 unknown.
and 3 seeds left.

also 1 new bogglegum from seed.

I have been ill as usual but will have more photos soon.

I cant wait till you see the Lifesaver I have numbered 4.

It has the purple stem and red leaf veins.

and so stinky!

we have 5 Lifesaver females.

we have 3 different phenos of SBBX3 F2. all female, sadly.

SBBX4 male clones to start soon for breeding to others..Lifesaver, LSD, Bogglegum, SBBX3 F2.

If Beancounter of HTC okays it I will breed it to Deep Chunk x Bubba Kush.

So a multi hybrid of SBBX4 X BUBBA CHUNKS.

hmm...may be good.

BogBubble - as described WtLBGum x WLBGum and its the most dank BGum ever.

Hey southwind you may want to keep an eye on the bubbachunk test grows first. So far, myself and one other has completed indoor grows. Sadly, both of us experienced hermaphrodidic plants. Perhaps it was stress that caused this, but only more grows will tell. I have a crapload of F2's and S1's.

Glad to see you are getting into the Sour Bubble. I have finally harvested, and this Sour Bubble x Grape Punch cross has been smoking real good, so who's to say what can be accomplished. My Sour Bubble strait crosses (so called f2's) have been wonderful also.

Hey there... this is a cool thread... keep BOG's genetics alive! I have had the pleasure of growing several of his strains which include Bogglegum, Lifesaver, and Sour Bubble bx1, all of these were amazing... I lost a lot of pics when Overgrow went down but here are a few pics of Lifesaver. I also did a bit of breeding with the Lifesaver and made Soursaver (ECSD x Lifesaver) (I know zep made these too but I didn't know until later)... Never tried his so I don't know how it compares to mine at all...

damn i should have jumped on some bog beans when they were still up on sb a few months ago.
the sour bubble looks really nice and very much like the pre98 bubba kush. i hear the sour bubble also has the coffee bubba smell/taste as well.
it makes me wonder which story of origin about bubba is true.
maybe one day ill be able to get my hands on some sour bubble beans in hopes of a male for a cross to the bubba.

seeing this thread . . . discussing preservation of BOG "strains" . . . kinda reminds us of a Jesse Jackson story . . .

Jesse was doing outreach in a rural southern state of the US . . . when he came upon a broken down trailer surrounded by even more broken down machinery etc . . . sitting next to the trailer was a beat up old truck that barely looked road worthy . . .

A young white man answered the door of the trailer, a little shocked to see Reverend Jackson standing at his front door.

Don't worry about it southwind. You should be expecting controversy in this thread. BOG had a lot of trolls and haters and most of them will probably chime in at one time or another. Bog's work was highly controversial to say the least. He wasn't really considered a "serious breeder" by the old timers. Kinda like Rez's status now Sure...he had some killer crosses, and he helped a lot of people. The reason he got soo much heat was because he really didn't know what he was doing or really had any goals or direction for his strains. I personally liked the guy. He was a funny little man with some unusual quirks. He just really had a grip on "how to play the game". Don't hate on me for speaking the truth as I know it. I still want to get a good Sour Bubble to play with one of these days. If for anything else to compare it to a few of the strains I have, that seem very similar.

been a big fan of BOG, even bought his book.
