I'm glad peeps are keeping the strains alive. I never even had the chance to smoke any of them. The first order I ever placed was with Heaven's Stairway for a pack of Blue Moon Rocks and Sour Bubble. A week after I sent my order in, they were shutdown.

Then a little bit after that BOG retired or whatever and since then they've been impossible to get. On seedbay they auction at outrageous prices. Fuck sending my money to BCBD, who knows what'll happen with that.

I guess all I can do is hope it finds it's way to me.

I believe BOG strains have great potential, alone , or used for breeding with other strains ,which ive made several new strains of....

heres my BX3 sourbubble , seeds sent to me from the MAN himself ...these are abit stretched, from cloning ...

I also have a decent Boggle female , but sadly ....no males

Southwind - Had her going two years+ now, got the seeds to do a test grow. Here's a link to the thread. Ended up with three females and I kept the best one going since then. Skunky-berry tight nugs, moderately stinky growing but pretty damn smelly in the bag; you can't carry any around on you without letting everyone know what's up. Totally covered in trichs, the trim provides plenty of kif. Nice and stony, an obviously indy dom high but not too overly couchy. All in all some good shit!

Here's the whole plant; she's at 54 days grown in a 7 gallon pot in a 50%soil/30%coco/20%perlite mix all organically.

I had an idea today and figured this might be the right place to present it. In going through my seed collection today I found that I have two 15 seed packs of White Label Double Gum. I understand some of BOG's strains were derived in part from this strain.

If I start 30 seed plants what do I need to look for to get close to what BOG had (or something else special)? Also, if anyone could list the role Double Gum plays in the various BOG strains that'd be great. I have his book but it's fairly non-descript on his strains' origins. Does anyone have use for such genes such as access to another BOG p1 line?

I think the name has changed since he found the bogbubble or bogglegum.... could never remember which was straight bubble gum. I'm not sure if white label changed the genes in the bubblegum with the name change.

Well it looks like I will have my Electrophoresis profiles for SBBX3 F2, SBBX4
NON F2, LIFESAVER and 5 of the 7 LSD in the next weeks.

I am hopeful this give me a base to work with on preserving the BOG strains as close as I can.

Oddly the SB 's seem to show some Polyploidy traits according to my genetics friend.
