More chemdog, I like this one more and more every run. This is my third and best but 3k on 1 plant doesn't hurt.:)

There are many spots on this plant that are jammed thick with colas intertwined. With it being summer and all I was afraid PM might take advantage in a situation like this but so far so good, no bugs, no PM, day 57 of 12/12.She starts to fade out hard about now. This chem has a much stronger smell than others I've had, opening a vac seal can cause a sudden gag reflex, filthy.:)Going to defoliate a bit today just to be safe for this last week.

My 12" slab in the back on drip with this Nevs /Lucy cross and the last sour grape cross on the end. I've been using the 6" wide slabs but I prefer the wider slabs. These are all in 3" cubes on top of hugo blocks on top of mini slabs on the big slab, plenty of room to grow out huge...:tiphat:

My friend sent me a pic of our outdoor sour grape, an old clone from a sour bx 1 seed run I've had forever and the mom of the crosses above.I hope it's not sideways...Nope, did it...

Nice outdoor scrog! I'm starting to think I should have done similar.

That chem is a naaasty woman! Does she smell like burning rubber to you? When I first got a whiff of a dried flower I had a flashback from 20 yrs ago when I rear-ended a state trooper on the highway. My whole car was filled with that thick smoke from the tires screeching. Hard to forget that smell.

Sharing is the way brother. Thanks for walking the talk.

Those "People Under The Stairs" seeds on the bay were awesome. Growers all over the world are running your Sour Nev lines and others as we speak. Many keepers found.
Putting reliable fire genetics in people's hands is a great way to make friends :)

I wish more people that got those beans would post pics in this thread of their grows. Bet that would make you feel pretty damn good.

a lot people quick to throw there hand out , give very little in return .
i dedicated space first time ever to some folks gear and dam sure it'll be mentioned before my own .....
:thank you:nice show star dog its one the only threads i come to read hear atm ;)

Thanks Beanz, much appreciated.:)Scrappy, I can't honestly say what she smells like but whatever it is it's super strong and right in your face, just like a 25' rubber skid on pavement would or a posi trac burnout on a back country road. Hell I can hardly type my hand is so numb from fishing all day yesterday, between driving the boat through the P-town crowd and handling all the lines, my hand is f*cked. It's crazy how people run around out there with no courtesy whatsoever, you're all set up with 5 live baits over the side and some ass just flys by 20' away at 50 mph and waves. I only had one finger up when I waved back...Soon enough they'll all be gone, at least I hope so.:tiphat: Almost trimming time...

Hey Star! Curious, how did you integrate the CB x Digi Bx1 into your blueberry work? Where does that gene pool stand and what are your thoughts to what it contributed? I still have your pics of the monster colas you got on that one pheno.

I see Blueberry/Nevs x Lucifer and it got me wondering. I'm just assuming that you used O's cut in that line but maybe not?

Skunk Va should have a strong burnt rubber / acidic type smell to it. Like strong vinegar mixed with gym socks. Stings your nose when smelled and offends you in the best kind of way!

Keep up the great work. Love your thread.

Hi Frank,
the Lucy x Blue Nev used a male selected from a cross I did with a (Nev21 x Early mullum) x Atomic Blueberry x NL.
It didn't use the CB x Digi.
The digi was crossed with other lines by other growers I believe. One cross I heard about was digi x GG#4 (Blue Glue.)

I have the Glueberry mom downstairs doing just fine. It's a great plant all on it's own but I'd like to find another blueberry to cross it with although that's kind of on my back burner right now as I'm in over my head in projects but I have to keep my mind running or I go crazy so I might seed her up with some of the SFV bx3 males I have around, just to freak it out a bit. My veg has as many males right now as females...:)
The chem I'm running here, I can't pin down the smell, I can only say it's nearly unbearable and she's a pain to trim because she sticks up my scissors like the glue does. I just keep the RH at 45-50% and I'll trim it when I trim it because I can hardly walk around without bumping into hanging plants which means I'll have something to trim everyday for quite some time. There's certainly no lack of things to do around this place, by the time 4:30 comes I'm a dead man walking.:tiphat:

Not sure that would be correct on a pure Digi line being used. I have a slew of crosses Chili made with the Bx1 male I selected, but Glue wasn't even around yet.

I don't know of any other people that every sorted Bx1 seeds aside from myself and Chili_Berkster.

Even then, we are the only two with Bx2 generation seeds. Would love to be corrected though? I've been away, I suppose anything is possible.

Ah. Thank you Raho for the PM.

[GG#4 x (Carolina Blue x Digi Bx1)] x SFV Bx3 - got it now! Sounds like a killer combo.

I'll be sorting the Digi Bx2 line here shortly. Time to find the next male and put some blueberry muffin back in my life. Nothing has ever been as medically relevant for me as the Digi line has been. Just epic cannabis for my needs.

I never really knew the deal on your Carolina Digi line Frank. Found lots of good info on the STANK BROS forum.
Very nice.
I read a post over there where you mentioned how the line seems to fight itself for dominance in offspring between the traits of the 2 parents. sounds very interesting.
Were you ever able to marry the favorite traits from both in a single line?

I was not. Ran out of time and had to move. I only recently received my seed vault back which contained these seeds after about 4 years. The project was a marriage between Phillthy's best blueberry find, Carolina Blue, and my best breeding stud, from the Digi Bx1 line.

I think, all in all, I prefer the pure Digi line simply because the typical DJ type freaks do not surface there. Although, Digi has it's own issues - sensitivities comparable to that of a pure thai line. The ideal plant, exists somewhere in the F2 generation and then would be integrated into the Digi Bx2 line. It would be a plant with very limited side branching that grew straight up and down like a pole. It would have a periwinkle color on the underside of the leaves and deep purple stems and petioles even when properly fed. Double serrations on the fan blades and a thick candy blueberry smell on the stem rub. More or less, it would have more Carolina Blue type traits with indications of Digi being present.

The goal would have been to get the trichome field density and cola formation from the Carolina Blue and the lateral branching, terp, and cannabinoid profile from the Digi. Focus from the CB x DB would be on the Carolina Blue type traits, as she is a lost clone and it would be possible to add more Digi back to the equation as needed later down the road.

I was gifted some Dabney x Bluebubble (Digi x Sour Bubble Bx2) - which was the father of the Digi Bx1 line - this past spring. While I haven't sorted those yet, I know there is potential in that line as well to hold something worthy of paring back to the CBxDB line or the Digi Bx2 line.

Hope I'm not derailing. Sorry if so. Get me talking about blueberry and I get excited!!! :joint:

Nope, all's good Frank. I've been on a blueberry binge of sorts myself ever since HDN left a beautiful blueberry clone in my friends shop after he left. When I managed to push my friend into running it to maximum potential I was blown away by the quality. I'm fairly certain the cut came from Money Mike. Since I'd never run any blueberry at all I started with G-mans Glue X Digiberry F2 and the Nevs Blueberry. Both sets of seeds produced great plants. I would prefer to find another blueberry male to cross to the Glueberry but it might be awhile so while I'm taking pollen from the Valley BX's I might as well hit the Glueberry, what's the worst that could happen?:)
I gave my big Nevs Blueberry mom to my friend and he just ran it into the ground. The plant looked like it had been watered with bleach. Then he told me it had no potency. I know he'll never come here and read this because reading hurts his head but he's about the worst grower I know or have ever known, it's a miracle he survives. Worst part is that he has the space, the power and equipment to crush it but I think he has severe ADD and he can never focus on anything for too long. The outdoor I'm helping him with though is on fire but if I hadn't directed it things would be different. He has no idea about plant finish times, latitude etc, etc, after over 20 yrs of growing he still needs me to sex his plants...If he wasn't my friend I'd kill him.:tiphat:

hey mack10 when you smoke it you smell incense in the air....in mouth the taste is complex and hard to describe..... buds are hard rock even in the low branches and this is from chem sis from what I've read and also the resin production is just insane....so I think this cross is a good mix of both parents.....

here few pictures of the same phenos taken with flash:
