Great shots! Interesting ball of leaves on the branch. I wonder what caused the change in hormone balance? May be a different type of gall.
thx, pipeline!

A few days ago i was working around grape vines in my backyard. There was a lot of "close contacts" of my hair with grape vine leaves. So, when i came back into the house, i noticed some "thing" swings just afront of my nose. My reaction, in the first moment, was very instinctive: WHAAA, Mars attacks, Aliens are comin'. But then, i figured out what it could be - a spider weavin' the web and comin' down from my hair. I took newspapers and placed her/him gently on it. Here's a face-to-face foto of (another one) crusader spider.
P.S. my wife told me to get rid of dreadlocks: "Fuck, who knows what's the next monster that gonna creep out that mess"

Great Thead, Great Pix!!

I love nature. I like going on a nature walk/hike with a joint.....or two:joint::joint: It makes me feel like I'm John Denver! :D LOL I got these shots yesterday.

I shot this from the same spot, but with a higher exposure because the first one looked dark in the viewfinder.

A couple downed trees I came across, I thought it looked kinda cool....they all seemed to fall neatly in between where the tree splits. And the rootball of this tree reminded me of a dragon's head, with a long neck behind.......I told you I was high!!!

The dragon towering above me!!! :sasmokin:

Last 2 days we're expiriencing a very early cold snap. Cold snaps are not uncommon in Serbia (Balcan peninsula is connected across a very large land mass with Russia), but that usualy happens in january and february. Night minimum last night was -2C. It seems not too cold, but only a week ago we had +27C day maximum. From summer to winter in a week. And they say there's no climate disorder. Ha! This evening begun to snows.
And this is realy a very rare sight: fully ripe figs under the snow.

lemon boy while young. they love to turn all kinds of fun colors, then end up a nice bright yellow when ripe. very sweet, with a low acidity.
