Shit I'm getting confused now.

I bred a Goblin queen off the first goblin queen run.
#1 pheno of run #1, this the cut I gave Pak.
It was bred to a Halo bx2 not bx3 as I told Pak as it was a guess of the seed he found in a GQ#1 bud.(Goblin scepter) I misspelled it as septer
I have a 1,000 seeds of this breeding.
And should be a nice cross.

My fault for the confusion I think.
Any Pak crosses using this seed is Goblin scepter x (Enter name here)
So Pak has GS cross, and I have the GS directly.
We'll figure it out.

Okay, I can clarify this. Goblin Septer = Goblin Scepter.

The Males

The seeds for Goblin Scepter were created from an open pollination using the old frozen seed males that I named MTV and Eminem. These two males were placed in the same area as my 4 females. These males seeds came from my old grow buddy who breed them to do well in the foothills of the Cascades here in the PNW. They were a cross of Thai stick and some genetics out of Mendocino County back in the day.

The Females

1. Goblin Queen was a clone that SG1 is referring as Goblin Queen run #1, pheno #1. This would be what I refer to as Goblin Queen in my posts. It is a cutting/clone and it was one of the mothers. The seeds are named Old Goblin from this mother.
2. Goblin Queen seedling was from the cross that SG1 breed to Halo 2X. I got the seed from him and it was labeled Goblin Queen, hence the name I used in my posts as Goblin Queen seedling. The seeds are named Goblin Scepter.
3. Neon Purps is another cut I got from SG1. The seeds from this mother are named Purple Star.
4. Mazar-I-Shariff x Guerrero is from a seed I popped from Swami Organic Seed that is a cross of those two landraces. The seeds I got from this mother is named 3Elders.

I hope that helps to clarify the confusion. Again Goblin Septer is really Goblin Scepter. I probably drop the 'c' myself thus starting the confusion.

That was definitely a bagseed run then. I don't know what seed goes with what father. Both fathers came from crossing of Thai stick with Mendocino county genetics. So the fathers are F1s of that crossing,ie brothers.

Today when I get home from work I'm taking down 3 of my ladies. Goblin Queen #2 is at 56 days and she looks ready to come down. My last run took GQ to 68 days but with the enzyme teas it seems she has matured earlier. My Mazar-I-Shariff x Guerrero is at 63 days and shows some new growth but she is coming down too. The Cascadian Frost is at 50 days and hasn't shown much new growth in the last week. Her buds are so thick and heavy she is just falling over. So I'm taking her too.

I hope you had a Merry Christmas my grow friend. We did Christmas yesterday because my wife took a day shift in the critical care unit so one of the younger nurses could spend the day with their kids. Lots of food and presents were had. Here is the tree this year.

I've been very fortunate to have the opportunity to provide a great Christmas for the kids and grandkids. I only wish everyone had the same as me.

I've been working on my pheno hunt area this morning and I have the framing roughed in. I've got the two sections on the left where the seeds will be on top and the teenagers underneath. To the left is where the ladies will go. I can put 15 2 gallon pots in there. It would be crowded but I could do it. I'll probably shot of 12 though. I've got the seeds moved into the area so the light makes it hard to see what the other two areas look like.

I've got 6 each of Old Goblin, Goblin Scepter and 3Elders started yesterday. Here's what that looks like.

She is 53 days since switching to 11/13. I think she's getting close to being done.

The One

This is my first run with this lady. She is at day 36 since the flip. That's only 5 weeks and already she is showing some serious frost.

Mildred

She is at day 47 since the flip. I took 3 cuttings off her but I lost all 3 when my cellar got wet. I thought one was going to make it but she didn't. So this is the last of her. I'm not sad though because I have one of her babies, 3M. She is better than the mother.

Today I transplanted the yellow leaf Goblin Girl into a 2 gallon pot. It's hard to image I took the cutting on June 29. It's been growing for almost 6 months and just now put into a 2 gallon pot. I hope to harvest her before the end of 2015 (maybe). She was out so I took a picture of her.

Today I'm going to be pollinating The One with some Eminem magic dust. This pollen has be frozen in my freezer for 9 months or so. I'll find out if it is viable. I've got some fresh pollen though so I'm not worried if this doesn't work. I'm hoping it will and I can add more to it in the future and keep some frozen around.

I'm doing this by adding some pollen to a plastic vial that has a cap on it. I close up the cap and then place it inside of a plastic vegetable bag from the grocery store. I chose a branch to pollinate and place the bag over the branch. I tie off the open end of the bag. Finally I pop open the vial cap and shake out the pollen. I'll leave this on for the rest of the day. The inside of the bag will create moisture that will kill off any left over pollen.

So this summer I was lucky enough to meet PakaloloFromPNW through a friend of mine and was fortunate to get a hold of some seeds and Cherry Bomb pollen and now I have germinated those crosses out and they are growing vigorously!!

The crosses are:

Cherry Bomb male pollen (I believe from three different CB males)

Northern Lights #5 x Cherry Bomb
Dynamite x Cherry Bomb
Blue Dream x Cherry Bomb
LA Confidential x Cherry Bomb (not germinated yet)

I also have Northern Lights #5 x Nevilles Haze, Mazar-I-Shariff x Guerrero and some Louis XIII OG (from Cali), Cannaberry, Acapulco Gold (clone), Durban Poison (clone), DJ Short's Blueberry, Northern Lights, Sour Diesel, Grand Daddy Purple, Space Bomb, seeds and clones going and two Blue Dynamite x GSC seeds that have been germinated. I also have more seeds of Cascadia Frost that I will be germinating in a few weeks after these are moved into the flowering room and thinned out. These plants have about 1 more week in these pots and then they will be transplanted into 5 gallon pots where they will get 2 more weeks then into flowering.

The seeds Cherry Bomb crosses were all planted directly into soil for germination on 12.06.2014 so they are 22 days old as of this post.

The soil mixture is:

25% Ocean Forrest
25% Perlite
25% Grow Stones
25% Coco coir
A touch of Greensand

They have only been fed filtered water from day one.

I will be thinning out the weak growers, keeping the strongest males (if there are any) and cloning the strongest moms for crossing in my other facility. Thanks again for the awesome genetics PakaloloFromPNW!! Hope all is going well!

It looks like you've found more indica in those seeds of 3Elders. Check out my 3M that had the same father but a different mother. She is definitely a sativa leaning cultivar. The feedback I've got on 3M has confirmed my assessment of her quality. I don't have her tested like SG1 but my personal experience told me she was good. I hope you find something as good in those girls. Thanks for posting the pictures.

Welcome Shooters, I'm glad to have you finding some value in my grow journal. I won't spoil the outdoor results and let you enjoy the posts. I only started this journal but anyone can post to it. I will say this that I learned a lot from last summer and will make some tweaks like light dep with the coming summer. You know the days are getting longer again.

I'm assuming you mean my new pheno hunting and breeding area. I'm anxiously awaiting the arrive of the 2 T5's so I can get it more active than just having one tray of seeds. It will take me a while to hone my skills with this new area but I have great expectations that it will be an excellent addition to my cellar.

Every morning before I head out to work I go down to the cellar and empty out my dehumidifier tank. This morning I checked on the seeds I dropped and saw 2 3Elders and a Goblin Scepter had poked their heads out of the soil. I planted those seeds on Christmas day. I hope to see more when I get home today.

I like checking them at night to see nothing happening, next morning....bunch of little heads lifting their heads up!! Love it!
