guh... I didn't think they'd be that hard to see. Looks like I'll be sitting with my plants for a few hours tonight with a magnifier and some tweezers.

Yeah, using the whole line of em. I got a sample of the Formula X which is supposed to be used for the 2nd and 3rd week of flowering or something like that. They've been receiving full strength of the Plant Energy every time they've been watered, and full strength nutes since about 26 days veg.

Grow - Bloom

Necessary Plant Energy - Formula X

And the reccomended dosages, in some sample plans. I'm following the Sample Fertilizing Program, as I don't have any ppm meters or anything. I went 1/4 and then 1/2 for the first two feedings, and full since then.

I can't tell you how the nutes are, since I have no prior experience, but I haven't had any problems so far. The NPK ratios definitely don't seem like the norm but it's looking pretty good so far. I'd like to give FloraNova Grow+Bloom when these are finished though, I've seen some good grows done with that.

Lights on for Day 52!

Lights on for Day 52!

Time of Pictures: Day 52 - 15 minutes after lights on
Last Fed: Day 51 - 5 hours before lights off

Here's some pictures!

1. How they sit in the cabinet
2. Same orientation, seperated a bit
3. A profile comparison of the two
4. Cola of the more sativa plant
5. Cola of the more indica plant

I know there's a few deficiencies, but I'll be flushing after one or two more feedings, so I'm not making a big deal out of it. I think I'll be trying out the Lucas Formula on my next grow, and definitely modifying my setup.

That's the tip of a leaf that is very yellow, I don't know why, it's the only one. Funny you mention that though, because that plant started to get a few male pre-flowers on the two largest buds about a week and a half ago. I've been picking them off, but none of them have really matured or spread pollen.

I don't know if they'll even work if I let them go. Hopefully I'll be done soon, and it's just for personal smoke. But hey, if they work, and it's good bud, I'll have some seeds to keep me satisfied until I can order some real ones, which won't be for about a year.

29" high 26" wide and 17" deep
150w CFLs for veg
150w HPS for flower
3sq ft = 50w/sqft

The bulb is mounted to the back wall, and the bottom of the bulb is 5" from the top of the cabinet, and there's about 2" of airspace between the top of the bulb and the ceiling. My containers are about 5" tall. This leaves about 18" of vertical space to grow with. Apparantly, these plants are pretty sativa, according to some opinions, so I feel I've handled it quite well.

I LSTed from about week 2 til week 4 of veg, and then pretty much just let them go. About the 4th week of flower the colas were less than 2" from the bulbs, so I bent them down. I think this has helped, because they've bulked up sideways, and allowed for two other budsites to become secondary colas.

I'm getting anxious, I was hoping to cut them down in the next week but I don't think that'll be happening. I'm not going to harvest early due to my impatience and have a sub-optimal harvest. Unfortunately, the one on the right side looks like it's a week or maybe two ahead of the other in terms of maturity, so I might not be able to do a simultaneous harvest.

ALright so the one that went hermie self pollinated, a bit more than I would've liked but it's too late now so there's no use worrying. I checked the other plant and saw no signs of seeds (there were a lot of immature seeds on the hermie) which I thought was weird because the two plants are touching in several areas. Oh well, I'm not complaining. I've got to feed or water them tomorrow night, I might start the flush then but I'm still on the fence.

Bounty29- What's up?

Sorry to hear about that hermie issue..... at least the other plant didn't turn on ya.

How long do you figure thier gonna go?

If you figure 2-3 more weeks...... I'd say start your flush......What's it gonna hurt? You know your smoke will be clean and tasty!

It won't be much longer now..........be patient.

I'm in the same situation with my BMR and FMS ICE ladies......

But I agree with you, We've made it this far......why harvest early and not get all that the plant will give us?

That would be retarded.

Remember............Patience is a virtue.
LOL!! I didn't say it was easy!!

Have a great holiday season :D

nice grow bounty! them girls look damn healthy and im gessing their not far from being finished now. i noticed in the last full plant shot's i didnt see many root's in your container's. this mean's that you could use smaller container's with no problem's and maybe fit a third girl in another container for the yield boost.

Yeah, I gave them half as much water as I normally do two nights ago, I'm leaving for four days on Sunday, so Saturday night I'm planning on watering them pretty heavily so they'll be ok until I get back. I'll be using just ph-adjusted water, beginning the flush. So I'm looking at about 2 weeks til harvest!

The plants are looking worse and worse every day now, these ferts definitely weren't meant for growing MJ. I'm hoping to go with Lucas Formula next time around and see how that works. I was hopeful with these nutrients but they just don't have what the plants need. Maybe I'll use them this summer for some veggies.

Alright, so I'm gonna shoot for harvesting around Jan. 6th. That'll be a few days shy of 11 weeks flowering. A bit longer than I was hoping for, but that's what you get with bagseed. I'm really hoping I'll be able to get some of Wallyduck's C99 for my next grow, we'll see how that works out.

Time to harvest!!!

I forget the exact dates, but I've chopped one plant, and I'm about 70% done trimming it. I'm going to finish that up tonight, and then do the other plant tomorrow. As soon as I finish this first plant I'll get some pictures up. I have no idea what the weight will be, but from the looks of it I'll be pleased. I did a quick dry and tested some earlier, and I am very pleased. Stay tuned for updates!

Alright, here's the first one! Like I said before, no scales or anything so I have no idea. My wrist did get tired after holding up the main branch and trimming it.

Any ideas on why the larger buds foxtailed so much in the later part of flowering? They had lots of single bladed leaves coming out of the new growth above the main bud of each stem.

I'll be hanging these plants in the "Garbage Can Veg Chamber" which is linked in my signature. There wasn't too much of an odor the whole time I was trimming, so I'm not too worried about it stinking up the place. I won't have any plants for a while after I finish this harvest, I think I'm going to get a 100w MH and start a grow in a 2x2x4 area in a month or two, when I'm a little less stressed about bills and stuff.

Alright, I'm finished!!! The second plant was a bitch to trim, there were a lot more leaves than the first one.

Here's a side by side shot, first one I harvested on the left.

The main cola from each plant, first one on the left.

Here's a bunch of smaller buds that I didn't feel like trimming up perfect. I just quickly chopped off the larger leaves. I think I'm going to make some butter with these, I'm gonna wait for my friend to let me borrow his scale just so I can see how much there is.

And here are the roots of the second plant I harvested. I shook the dirt out just because I wanted to see how they looked. They're resting on top of the container it grew in. I thought there'd be more, but it's still not bad. Thanks for the help everyone, I couldn't have done this without ICMag forums!!!
