My first grow! 150w HPS/Bagseed

Alright, let's see some more pictures! It's day 35ish, I'm not really sure, but they're filling out nicely. I went home for Thanksgiving and was there for a day longer than I planned, so they were looking a bit wilted today. I fed/watered them, and a couple hours later (when these pictures were taken) they were looking better. Here's an overview and shot of the main cola for the first plant, and an overview and shot of the second biggest bud on the other plant. I need to learn to use my camera, I'm not doing these plants justice right now.

So? How do they look for 35 days flower? Any estimates on how much longer? A couple pistils on each budsite are starting to brown, I haven't checked out the trichs too closely yet though, there aren't too many

looks nice for a bag seed grow good to get dialed in with bag seed then grow good genitics.

this is the natural process of the flowers maturing i wouldnt worry for at least day 50 then maybe check the trics

Alright so I've been dry for a while, and my plants have been taunting me, so I cut off one of the small scraggly branches at the bottom of the plant without much bud on it. I trimmed it all up, and dried it on top of the toaster oven for about a half hour. I harvested about a bowl pack, probably 0.3g worth.

At first I didn't notice anything and was dissappointed I wasted my time. Now, half an hour later, I can't focus enough to eat my dinner. Looking forward to a real harvest at the end of the month!

haha...man thats a bit early to be pulling buds from your plant...but when your desperate i totally understand. your ladies are def. looking good. they should really start to pack on some weight here in the next week or so. i jsut harvested two of my ladies and one of em was a bagseed. now let me tell you, you can be really gifted with bagseed.....mine turned out AMAZING!!!!
keep up the good work.
might i suggest withholding from taking anymore samples.....just so you end up with that much more...heheheh

lol yeah definitely, it's a one time thing. There was a reason behind where I got it from too. This one branch has been pissing me off for the past two weeks. It's too weak to hold itself up (all 0.3 grams of bud) and it's about 18" long.

It's been 3 or 4 days, I just took a couple more pictures. I got my first injury so far this grow, got too focused on taking pictures and I went to move the fan and stuck my finger right in. That thing must've been spinning pretty fast, because it took out a chunk of my finger.



Here's a shot of both the plants, then the main cola on the plant on the right, and then a side bud of I think the plant on the right. For some reason I can never take a decent picture of the plant on the left. Oh well...







Is it just me, or are my plants more hairy than most plants I've seen on this site? Does this mean anything? Oh well, they seem happy.

And I got my christmas tree decorated! It's the first christmas I've had since I've lived on my own. I won't be here for christmas, but it's still exciting.

Yeah I finally got a few budshots that I was happy with. I've stuck my finger in the fan plenty of times and it just makes a loud noise and I jump back. I dunno what happened diffferent this time though, but it hurt.

Alright, I'm pumped, I finally got some pictures that are what I'm looking for. 1/400 second shutter speed, f8.0, flash on, held with one hand not too steady, and I can't wait to sit down and take time to take a bunch of pictures. I'm working on some homework right now and had an idea pop into my head. It worked, and this is what I got from it...

Two pictures of the plant on the right, the more indica looking one (lower bud first, then a shot of the cola)

And finally a decent picture of the one that seems to be a little more sativa

right on man looking great wish mine was coming along as nice as yours was but im having some heat issues which brings me to my question how did you hook up the pc fans? dont you have to plug them into a pc power supply?

The first 10 or so would all be great, just make sure that the amps the fan is rated for exceeds how much the transformer is. I think I spent like... $25 on the fans and $30 on the converters. Just splice the red with the white stripe and the black with the black and you're good to go. Watch your fingers though, you saw what happened to me.
