nice line up schrews! I wanted to run some swamp boys, but wouldn't pay the price.

I went with sky lotus, angelica, maximus, strawberry banana sherbert, and freezeland.

Speaking of that black lime, I've got about 50 cuts that are just about rooted... the cut came from midnight farms that i mothered. I am debating if i want to run some outdoors. Meangene said he was getting 6-8 off his 300's last year with the black lime, so it sounds decent in yield department. I love that lime smell / taste, one of my favorite terpenes.

excuse my ignorance but what is "freezeland" ?

NVM ... I can't sleep anymore...lol...ty ---> (Lefly) "A celebrity cannabis strain in Quebec, Freezeland is an indica cross between Pluton and Friesland. These lavender-tipped buds have a fruity citrus flavor with pine undertones and potent full-body indica effects. Chronic pain and insomnia are the most common symptoms treated with this strain, and anyone looking for relaxation or rest will find it in Freezeland. Outdoor gardens will grow impressive harvests after an 8 week flowering period, an operation suitable for novice and expert growers alike."

While we're on the subject of new strains, has anyone heard anything about a cut of bubba kush x pre-98 bubba that folks are calling 'Super Bubba'? A guy I know who usually light deps Ken's Blue Dream is switching to it...

I'm doing SubCools Ripped Bubba OG outdoor..it was amazing last year and I barely just threw dirt in a pot and water lol...haven't heard of this ...yet

(Schrews) from Aficionado Seeds:

"Our limited numbers ensures our seeds are reserved for only the most serious and well-seasoned growers who, as artists, understand the dedication needed to truly express the fine qualities behind each strains' unique character"

hype and elitism at its finest.[

lmao you read my mind... I was like WTF..omg this is totally going to the next level of marketing hype....

Shcrews, those soil results are a little shocking. Everyone else that runs heavy compost mixes has to deal with high K, but your stuff is looking great. Solubor and a little more copper and manganese...

What I'd do for the slightly lower K is fertigate AgSil. Spraying that, along with amino chelated Ca should help you avoid the pm that starts to show up late in flower.

Overall you're not going to need much this year based on those results. That could change with new soil dumped on top if you go that route. I also didn't see if any of those results were done recently.

sky lotus is great, big yield , loud smell/taste and very potent. i'm not growing it this year because i can only grow a very limited number of plants and i like trying new things, it keeps my job interesting

Ran 2 packs of Afficianado LVRK last year, was really impressed and happy with them. Out of 12 females, all 12 were quality solid plants, phenos varied, but even the worst one was good, and the best couple were really nice. Made a few 1,000 seeds for the next few years to.

I also ran a couple packs from a different breeder which were much cheaper, like 50 or 60 bucks a pack. Started out with shitty germ rates, then out of 6 females, 3 were quality, and 3 ended up in the hash bin. Huge plants to.

Saved 200 bucks on the cheap seeds, but lost a ton hashing entire bushes. They smelled good, had good resin, but the leaf to calyx ratio was horrible on one, then another was airy, then a 3rd was leafy and airy. Other 3 were solid. Some nice genetics in the seeds, if you were gonna pheno hunt then clone it, but not stable enough to rely on the stock for big plants.

I do agree that Afficianado is a little stingy. For 250 bucks you should get more than 10 seeds, should be like a 30 or 50 pack. Although I do think they have some great genetics. I was gonna buy some Family Vault Purples, but they sold out to fast. If you get a pack and make more seeds yourself, the price for obtaining the genetics isn't so bad.

I also agree that Bodhi seems like a really great breeder, producing good stock at very reasonable price for the people. Nothing stingy with him :)

Running the LVRK's I made last year, and a bunch of Bodhi as well this year. Was hoping to get a Bubba x Lotus, or the Bubbashine x Lotus... but they were all out of them as well!

Nice show as always Schrews and thanks for the thread,
Mr^^

I got a few packs of sky lotus for this year too.... glad it turned out good for you last year. My biggest plant was a kindness last year....she beat out my ancient og''s by about a pound. I keep hearing good stuff about the wookie being killer herb, do you have any experience with snow wookie?? I have a few packs and I'm trying to figure out if they have a place in my garden as far as big plants. Thanks for your kick ass threads man!

Top shelf farms, I did the Snow wookie as a side plant ,(only medium size) I wasn't crazy about the plant, but was ok , but the smell on the plant was very nice one of the best iv smelled(Let me say it again REAL GOOD), & the dried cured bud retained lots of the smell, not all good smelling plants do !!!! very frosty buds, strong, , As far as plant ,It molded some but not terrible, Plant got large even for starting late got to 2 units even though seed was germed on may 10 th , Bud structure pretty tight, not the top but very good , What it does have above almost anything iv grown is the cured smell is Exlnt !!! I personally think its my favorite !! I know i said earlier that AO was top,& maybe it is to most, but to me the smell of the snow wookie puts it on top on a personal level ,,I'm not the best judge on effect as they all knock me out !
