If genetics don't matter, then why does med-man bother telling us about the parent lines? On his site there is quite a lot of info about the cuts used to make his lines, even making sure we all know that his purple Kush is from Cali, the "original" one.

unlike most who are willing and actually want to be spoon-fed, ive focused attention and have done my research, and was able to find his original posts, plant pics, methodologies, grow style, grow vids including pm'ing the man myself.
ive done my research of what hes done and doing, I found (through acquired knowledge via research) a great respect for what he's got going on.
I gave him my opinion before and told him he shouldn't have given any of these monkeys a damned thing! but alas, he's trying to get something done so he had to jump through the same hoops again. I just hope that he doesn't change over time, stay tried and true to his methodologies, ideals, ethics and moral standing towards growing/breeding.

seed companies should document their grows thoroughly before releasing seed.
seed companies send out testers.
seed companies should be able to tell you all about your parental stock. bag seed parent stock for seed sales is pretty wack. too many variables.
ibl means the strain should grow and breed true. if you have too much variation in ibl plants than scrap it and start over.
many people here love the $40 price tag but as another member stated... we make room in our grows for seeds that will put out some dank. if we dont see dank or hear of dank then we dont make the room regardless of price.
