med man, I know your smart, so I know this is not the only site your advertising at. hopefully someone will remember that buying seeds from ANYONE is a gamble no matter what. whether you got your beans/clones from a friend/farmers market/flea market someone had to try them out first, or better yet for the crowd around here, some had to have a real set of balls first and simply say " hmm, i'll give these a try" like most of you did with the overpriced seeds.

every time you grow from seed your trying it out for the first time since its a new seed each time. its a new plant each and every time so your NOT going to get the same plant each and every time. also lends to the reason why so many cats do their damndest to keep those moms that they find when they find ones worth keeping and dealing with.

if anyone on here can show/prove to me that you can get the exact same plant from a seed each and every time you grow out a particular strain then i'll recant everything ive said on here, therefore, constantly asking for genetics is irrelevant.

you quoted my post right? so you must have read that last sentence then right? ok, if that's the case, then go back a couple pages and read the precursor to that BUT even if you don't do that you can still see what im asking and i'll ask it again so at least you have some chance to answer it:

we all know that genetics is a crap shoot, that's been proven time and time again from the shittiest breeder to the "best" breeder. no matter what seeds you get, they are going to be a different plant each and every time, thereby leaving room for all sorts of differentials, variances other wise known as phenotypes. the proof for all of what im saying is one this very site from a myriad of growers and with 5k posts im sure you've heard every excuse under the sun just as well as I have as to why a strain does what it does

you've got examples like the triple node plants, the plants that grow crazy, plants that have offset intermodal spacing and the like, the proof is all over this site so I don't need to go into detail and post pics of anything.

now with the FACT that your always going to have to deal with plant varancies within the strain, then I want some one on here to tell me why is everyone so hung up on genetics SPECIFICALLY since its something that CANNOT BE Controlled?

other question I had as to why everyone is bitching is, these seeds are going for $40. now I, just like EEEEVERYONE ELSE on here has seen the prices of these seeds from other breeders and most ppl find and have valid reason to complain so I just wanted someone on here (specifically the ones that have been doing the most bitching about genetics) to tell me why is it worth all the bitching that they do for $40 friggin bucks since ppl spend more than that on their fucking soil and you can make that shit for FREE!!

heres some other facts that are prevalent to growing:

*just because you color your seeds doesn't necessarily mean they are gonna sprout (the horror stories are there, look them up)

*just because you germinated "this" way doesn't mean that they are going to germinate at all, some seeds are just duds.

*just because you have a pic of a plant doesn't mean that your plant is going to look just like that one or any better or any worse

*just because you have a pic its not going to guarantee anything.

*asking about lineage and parenting does not guarantee prosperity or genetic make up when growing from seed since the plant is going to be individual

so, with all of that being said, once again I ask, why do these ppl bitch and moan and whine about genetics, parentage and lineage when in essence it means nothing until you grow that plant out?

and why bitch about the price if hes charging what most breeders should be charging as a base price. the more money it costs, the more seeds you should get (sidebar: most breeders should somehow, be held accountable for non germination of seeds when germination has been achieved overall/ meaning; they should replace the seeds that didn't pop free of charge, but hey that's just me wanting actual "customer service", so kill me I guess)

thing is im a grown ass man, and I HATE to hear other grown ass ppl whine, bitch, moan, groan, grumble and just be outright hardasses over shit they CANNOT CONTROL so I just want to know why? why go through all of this when its as simple as either buy the fucking seeds or not? especially for the price its worth the risk, now if your asking for hudreds of dollars (imo, $60 and up is proper bitching range) then I get the whole "show me the money" attitude that most ppl have but for $40 damned bucks?!

and I remember somewhere on here someone responded to med man posting some pics by saying "see that's all we asked for" and I literally lauged out loud BECAUSE IT PROVED NOOOOTHING!!!!

I respect that, but gotta be clear, im not defending med man at all, and I know it can seem to be that way, but what I really want to know is why do ppl want to control something that they cant? what does having all of this information really do for anyone in the end or long run.

ive learned from some of the more seasoned growers on here. real cats, cats who have told me that shit isn't gonna go your way all the time. cats who have explained to me that genetics really don't mean shit, and as long as you get a descent mom then your good AND THE ONLY WAY TO GET A DESCENT MOM IS TO GROW OUT THE SEEDS/ GET THE FEMALES/ TAKE CUTS/ MARK EVERYTHING/ GROW OUT THE CUTS AND SEE WHICH ONES PRODUCE THE BEST. not my advice but what I was taught by many SEASONED AND EXPERIENCED others on here.
