Malawi Style Cob Curing.

I have plenty of goodies to make it until I get a good 3 months of age on my Cobb.
I'm very happy with the high and flavors. My next run will be used for more Cobb's then not.
It's got to be one of the best gifts you could give a fellow stoner as well.
I am seeing a Cobb cellar next to the wine cellar in my dreams now....

Cant thank you enough for this wonderful guide mate! Have not tried any of this standard. Hell, i only know of fermented weed because of commercial shit they spray down with bushmaster and spending several days sweating it out in door panels eventually landing in the hands of a middleman who bags it up wet making sure that you get your mould either way... Sorry for the rant, just the straw that broke the camels back tbh. But because of it i have been interested,strengthened my right to grow and now here, so fuk em. Vac on its way with orient express up for harvest soon. Will document my results when the time comes. Mean time keep it rolling everyone your all to good.

i think coffee is my fav scent from cannabis. probably because my first grow smelled like a coffee shop.

Panama x Malawi and Panama cobs

Panama x Malawi and Panama cobs

Here are some rocks from the looser type of cob, the Panama x Malawi on the left and the single piece of Panama on the right.
They are aged 3 months now and extremely strong, my friend who smokes cannot hold the dense smoke in for longer than a few seconds before having to let it out, instant red eyed stone from 2 drags of a pin joint.
You cant drive or operate anything technical its way to strong, both have a similar Panama type high, but the Malawi cross is way more debilitating good for music dancing ect.
They both have lemon flavors but the Malawi cross is way stronger smell and taste.
On the Panama I can function after a fashion but the Malawi cross is no good if you want to be in control.


After a further 3 months they will be at their peak and I cant wait to try them then.

Debilitating lemon flavored bud is, in my opinion, the Holy Grail of highs than many may never encounter for a lifetime. I have GOT to get this cob thing right, and I will keep trying until I do.

Hi my friend once you get that high you will then find that there are even better trips to be had. Each strain has its own outstanding strengths. The strange thing is once you get high you dont want any more, or if you do its another strain. The high lasts a long time its like a rocket flight up up and then orbit at a level high.
The Panama just keeps going up for 3 to 4 hours before you peek and then level out for the rest of the time.
I am talking about eating cob I can no longer give an actual smoke report.
The high is different to smoking but from the way my smoking friends get wiped out its still good.

I have dried my cobb for a week. Very dense and I dont think I should go any longer so it's going in the Vacuum Sealer for a couple more months.

I'm going to be patient and not break in till then.

tang... how much do u eat at one time?? I think u said u chew it, and then swallow it??

Hi Zach it depends on the strength but as much as it takes to make a thin joint is usually enough, then up or down from there.
The Panama and GT are the best highs from my last grow both use a piece about the size of a red bean which I chew into dust, then wash down with a cup of water or tea.
The high starts about 15 mins after and just keeps building for 3 to 4 hours after that it levels out, but you are high for about 8 hrs or more depending on how much you chewed.
You will have the vehicle once you make the cobs, give it a go you may like it.

i think it worked great!

just opened it yesterday, drying and jar curing in progress currently. i had to break the nose off for an early sample tho. can't smell any mold, and no histamine reaction when i smoke it, so i think we got a proper fermentation and avoided the bad stuff!

the fragrance is everything the sweat cured buds have altho slightly altered in which elements are most pronounced. there's also a sweetness i'm associating with the fermentation present that's not in the sweat cured buds.



i'll be back with more smoke reports after its had a bit of time in the jar.

Hi HB looks good from here, the smell is right the texture looks right. You will notice the smoke is smoother, the high will depend on the buds you put in, but you should notice a difference in the type of high right away.

Panama Cob

This is a close up of the Panama cob buds, I measured my dose this morning at .25gramms and it was a lysergic type high very deep and trippy, I am still high now at 4pm after chewing it at 8.30am.
The first 4 hours I was totally off my face, most of the time rolling around on the floor touching and feeling everything and getting freaked out by surprising sounds smells and distorted visions.
After that I was able to get a grip sort off and found music most enjoyable, awesome the very best grade of high.
Although the .12 gramms I had yesterday was just as enjoyable and I was able to talk to people and have some control ha ha.
Ace have really got this strain nailed, but I have to say the jar cured buds are nowhere near as strong I wish I could turn a few members on to it, but not being State side or Europe side kinda stops that happening.

Hi my friend I have been doing it for more than 30 years and I still get super excited each harvest, it makes the enjoyment of growing carry on for up to 6 months as the cured cobs mature and peak in their power. Next time I will try harder all round to produce stronger results, it never stops.
