Yep def seems like a great deal. And I have seen good results with blurples also from others, never tried them myself. But yeah not sure if they yield as well as the newer white LED lights, both of those do sure look like some yielders though.
HHHMNNNN Humbling!
So many styles of growing, so many brands of lights to use, so many strains, after 48 years of loven the nugs and doing my thing.
It's hard to say what is the best in artificiality , maybe just finding your own niche
I just want to grow beautiful plants.

here they are changing the new ones to a more complete spectrum.

@vermontman do you know the frequency of those diodes on your light. i can't find that in their literature.
I am a plant nerd!
So sorry but if this helps, this is what I have saved because of my results and I was so impressed by what I was getting.

those are heavy plants. you have thrown a monkey wrench into this whole thread. thanks a lot dude.

now i have to read a bunch more shit.

i am reading a lot of papers on how spectrum influences the morphology, size and potency of flowers.

i bet your light has a very strong 660nm chip ratio.

an hps light is very biased towards the red end.

the high-quality hps bulbs have about a 10% blue ratio.

in my homemade fixture i have been changing ratios at differing points in the grow.

This I do know! Yes very heavy on red, considered bad for veg or any plant growth for that matter by some reviews I have red.
Should not even be considered as a grow light! HAHA

this is the one you grew these plants with? and what are the physical dimensions approx?
Yes and many many other indoor grows!
17"X11" for the 360W unit or bigger one and 11"x 8" for the 130W or smaller one. Maybe 2 inches thick?
Hope that helps!
Mulanje Gold
the white light you see were the first cobs from Mars Hydro, not recommended, if even available any more.

I hope they don't change to much, it's ironic as humans we get it right and the then the new and improved! UUUUUGHHHH
That is why I made a copy of their led configuration because I heard some companies are designing LED's per order and this is the light balance that has worked for me.
people keep coming up with all these things that on paper are so perfect for plant growth.
I just say watch your plants! They don't give shit about graghs and oh yes data! or spectrometers meters of measurements. HAHA
Just sayen! But I guess that that's how Loreadro/Galayhydro got their product on line, I guess I am just saying more is not always necessarily better.

The worst Light for me were Spectrum King, I do not mean to bash, it certainly could be my style of growing but after investing few thousand dollars all I got was disappointment.

Has anyone determined if full spectrum is best?? MH is very blue and HPS is very red. Always thought that was best way to grow instead of using same light for everything. Surprised LED makers are not making separate lights for veg and flower.
